Anyone been? Going in September. Using points to stay at the Marriott (we usually do apartments but since the island is small, the resort will do here).
Headed for a food trip to Bologna/Parma/Modena afterwards so not expected to be overwhelmed with the cuisine, although I love anchovies and octopus.
Any recs/experiences appreciated

Blue lagoon boat day in Malta! we went on a cruise a few weeks that stopped in Malta and we were supposed to go to the blue lagoon but the weather was bad that day so it got canceled. we just did a double decker bus tour instead which the highlight was the old church where they filmed GoT. lots of cool building and churches in that part of town.
