Alright convinced her Rosemary Beach would probably be better for our family and wants this trip. We can day trip in seaside and she can go buy her damn sweatshirt but gonna stay at High Pointe Resort. Couldn’t beat the price on this condo and not having to deal with stairs tipped the scales.

Feel free to give me things to do and places to eat. Kids are pumped for the playground at Aly’s Beach

Good spot. You can go for an early morning walk to Charlie’s Donuts in Alys. We like Shade’s at the corner of 30a and 98 in Inlet Beach. About a mile from your condo. Very casual and good for kids. Not as swanky as spots in Alys and Rosemary.
A day trip to Seaside is a great idea. I recommend going early in the day. Several good spots for lunch in Seaside but it seems like your wife is set on getting her Seaside experience in, so you may as well do Bud & Alleys.
The Hub is a good spot for shopping and lunch or dinner with the kids. Several food options. Also, Old Florida Fish House is a good spot that has outdoor games.

Me and the wifes family recently stayed in the neighborhood behind The Hub in Watersound.

That’ll be as great spot. The beach is deep AF in Grayton, walking half way across town before you get there can be a PITA. I assume you’ve seen all the vehicles on the beach before. It’s a bit nuts.

Don't forget to get a sticker for your vehicle.

Yes you can drive the golf carts in the roadway. we drove them to 2 beaches that were 1-3 miles away.

We've stayed there the last 3 trips, and it beats staying in Rosemary proper all day every day. The pools in Rosemary are extremely crowded as is the beach itself. Not my jam at all. The pool at HP is huge and clean. It will be very easy to get your little one back to the condo for a nap.
It's literally a 5 minute stroll onto main street in Rosemary for dinner, ice cream at the Sugar Shack, whatever. Plus, you have other restaurants right across the street.
The decor is all over the place due to varied ownership, and doesn't have that 30a vibe necessarily, but the convenience factor is fantastic. Plus, the beach in front of the resort isn't crowded at all. Maybe chairs two rows deep on a busy week.
Oh, and Crabby Steve's looks terrible, but the food is actually good. Have fun!
