Oak Island, NC, the Outer Banks in NC. Amelia Island in Florida is nice, but more expensive. Just realize that you will sacrifice year-long beach weather and white sand/emerald water for less people/crowds. Holly Beach in Louisiana is basically empty, if you don’t mind the shitty beach.
