If you hate both hot and cold weather, Oregon coast is tough to beat. Especially Brookings area.

Oak Island, NC, the Outer Banks in NC. Amelia Island in Florida is nice, but more expensive. Just realize that you will sacrifice year-long beach weather and white sand/emerald water for less people/crowds. Holly Beach in Louisiana is basically empty, if you don’t mind the shitty beach.

Finnish public beaches are super crowded btw.
