The first game in Gainesville the Cats were within 2 points with 7 and change on the clock.

That might be the high point for us in this years series.

Ya'll are mid tier now.

Guess The University of Calipari is below mid since we beat you on your home court.

You really should work more and post less, you're not really good with this stuff.
He needs more dawg on the defensive end.

Sweet jumper and sees the court really well, one of those "a step ahead" PGs.

Pretty sure OP has an Acuff tramp stamp.
Wouldn't be too harsh here, it's more than likely coming soon to a jersey near you.

Lot of body contact and handsy defense from both teams with no calls.

That means everyone fouls out in a second half that will last 2 hours.
Though he was well below average. You'd be hard pressed to find anyone with worse contract negotiations skills, which might be the most important part of the job.

He was slow to embrace change and appeared to do so only when forced.

Went to the Jefferson County/Louisville alum luncheon when he was first hired and when asked about my impressions the first word that came to mind was milquetoast.

It was spot on.

He was here way too long.
Make 'em pay their tuition, room and board.

So hiring you 5th choice is not a recepie for success? Who would have guessed?

Apparently good enough to win in Fayetteville against the University of Calipari.

How ever Pope plays out, our current AD needs to be gone before the next coach is hired.

Ball never hit the court on the fast break.

Rupp just nodded.

Look we got bad calls the first ten minutes and you got some the last ten minutes.

Friend texted about the lopsided early fouls, told him to be patient and Auburn would get screwed later.

Like clockwork..

Announcer pegged it: SEC refs make anticipatory calls. I'll add: at a ridiculous rate.

Two bad calls on Auburn in the last few minutes.

Mizz player just drug his pivot foot half way down the lane...no call.

Our conference refs are a joke.

He never called UK The University of Calipari like he did Arkansas, he knew better. That's the difference between you and a Blue Blood and was my whole point which obviously zipped right over your pointy head.

Not my fault you're so salty for getting bounced to third fiddle status in the SEC.

One of the best conversations I ever had was at a Bama UK basketball game in Tuscaloosa

Similar but reversed. In Tuscaloosa for a football game tailgating with some Bama fans who were avid hoops fans which was a bit of a surprise at the time (pre internet). I was interested in talking football and they kept circling back to the basketball talk.

The one advantage of being a traveling UK football fan is the majority of the time you're not a threat and get fed like a visiting cousin. Believe we all put on about 5 pounds that day.

Peaks and valleys are just part of any program, uninterrupted success is a tough row to hoe.
