Several events happened, first off I have limited info, but I do know, they were trying to force his hand rather quickly, before he could even think about it much, second thing is Mrs Fisher, freaked out! I also was told they did not like the fact all this leaked and it would make Fisher look bad at FSU...

I know he is getting divorce, but he talks to Mrs. Fisher daily, because of the kids, and believe me, they are still family. When you divorce someone with kids, most adults have to communicate, and moving to LSU was in the conversation!

It seems now that Fisher REGRETS not going to LSU, and will accept the job if offered again. Mrs Fisher said that Jimbo, really wanted to accept the job, but it was just to complicated, basically just not enough bang for the buck, especially when he would have to visits kids. She is now tentative looking at houses in New Orleans for possible move. Now, according to her he REGRETS, REGRETS not taking the LSU job!

mrs. fisher stated yesterday that jimbo turned lsu down on tuesday because things are too complicated and they both love florida! lsu has know since tuesday jimbo was no go, and since lsu had no plan b, they kept miles!
Jimbo turned LSU down last Tuesday, according to Mrs. Fisher as of yesterday things were too complicated to move! I guess as others stated if you don't have a coach you can't fire miles! coach miles is the face of lsu and I am glad he gets another chance!

Long story short, Dad is friends with a non football coach at FSU, the coach once lived and worked in Alabama, His wife and Jimbos wife are friends, the short of it is, that according to this person, FSU is keeping Jimbo, and that things are just too complicated for Jimbo to move to LSU right now!
Don't care if y'all believe me or not, but this is the truth as I have been told! Anyways, so I wonder who the new LSU coach will be? Are they going to take Mullins? Is Les now staying?

LSU, is the most delusional fanbase I have ever seen! Not because of wanting Jimbo or Chip, but because of the fact neither of those two will do better than Miles, and they think Jimbos ex wife will follow him around? It would be funny, if a good guy like Les was not being done wrong, but since he is...it's not funny!
We all respect Miles, like we do Saban, like we do all great coaches! We are not melting, but we truly see LSU, a SEC WEST team about to take a gutter fall!

I just got to chime in here, no divorce woman who cheated, who hates her hubby will move to make his life easier!!! That woman will do all in her power to make his life hell, even if she was in the wrong. Although, I do hope Jimbo to LSU is true, because he is not half the coach Miles is, and we will beat him yearly to.

Nobody fears Jimbo, he won't be able to win as good as Coach Miles! If you get Jimbo, more power to you, cause you will need it.

I see all the stupid talk of Saban to Texas, Saban to LSU, Saban to wherever a position maybe open. Saban has roots in Alabama, his kids are in Alabama, but most importantly is that:
Saban is chasing record, he wants to be the best Coach in history and be a legacy, he has almost achieved this at Alabama, which is the reason he would never leave and makes him stay.
Saban in human years could not start over at another school and achieve legacy status, he knows this!, and until he achieves what he has set out to achieve, he won't ever leave.
As far as going to LSU or Texas, with the way the fans act and how they treat their coach nobody would want to go there.

I want CLM to stay, but not for reasons LSU fans THINK..I think he is the second best Coach in the NCAA with winning records. I don't want LSU to be a shite team, if LSU becomes a shite team it would not be fun playing them. CLM needs to stay, and change things up a little.

They will then start hating on CLM again for not playing as good in the last two games. They will continue to have a love/hate unhealthy relationship with CLM. They really don't deserve CLM. I hope if CLM loses job, he can go to a school that will appreciate him. Of course they complained about Saban too. Yes, you will hear us (Bama) fans make fun of LSU, but its all in good fun, and comes after listening to the kitties talk smack worst than any other team, and also we have to listen to them complain about CLM year in year out.
The fans are 90% delusional on their expectations. Being a Bama fan, I have zero expectations, we just focus on and want to win the game we are playing from week to week. We don't expect to have great season, but hope for one. LSU has expectations way too high.

The hate for CLM pisses me off. He has great winning record, and NO COACH NO TEAM does much better and can say that. CLM does lose to Bama, and Arky recently, but that can be fixed easily, all they need to do is change bye week and games around. LSU fans will not shut up about CLM, now started beating a good man down...

Hey, I don't have any problem with CLM, it's the Tigers that seem to have a love/hate relationship with him. I am just here to post my prediction, and I feel CLM will win out the rest of the season, securing his future at LSU.

LSU posters are normally cocky, but they seem a little beat down right now, so I am here to cheer them up.
Ok, just so you know, I am in the know, which means I am very intuitive and everything in me feels this will be a good win for LSU, they will win by 17, so count on it.
