Every month it's higher than the month before. I don't get it.
I would like to know the % of people who still haven’t enrolled for Delta bill pay in the Baton Rouge area since the change was made.

I just had a motor go out on my 2nd dolphin, I looked into switching to cordless but I decided I didn’t want to mess with recharging. I ended up going with a Polaris corded. If you are in BR I will give you my power supply from the dolphin active 20.

A lot of people just blindly trust AI. It’s an amazing tool, but people who blindly trust will be in for a world of hurt. (Grok botched simple subtraction of 710-44).

Sure, for the ones initially on the chase. But I saw the first cops fly past on 190 when I got on from 415. The last cop cars I saw was flying north on 110.
This, there were at least 10-12 BRPD officers 5-10mns behind the pursuit deep into WBR parish, lights on swerving in/out of traffic. I don’t have an issue with the 4-5 BRPD officers in close pursuit and the 3-4 troopers following them.

Exactly what I was thinking of. I saw 1 WBR deputy putting his spike strip back in the car. There were a couple of troopers following behind the initial chase but every other police vehicle trailing was BRPD.

I have seen at least 20 BRPD officers driving westbound on 190 in WBR. Anyone else have info?

All good info, but just wanted to add you can run the g4/g6 instants with POE using a POE/USB C adapter if you don’t have an outlet handy.
If OP really wants to go UniFi for cameras but doesn’t want to go all in on their gateway/ap’s/switches they did start offering the UNVR-Instant kit that includes the NVR/Protect/4 G5 ultra turrets/POE switch.

re: new pizza oven…please help me with the dough
Posted by Whatafrekinchessiebr on 12/1/25 at 5:11 pm to cgrand
Lahey’s no knead dough is great if you have a few days before it’s needed. There is a learning curve involved with working/shaping the high hydration doughs but they taste great.
I recently started playing around with slightly lower hydration (68%) and using a combination of levain/small amount of instant yeast.
The lower hydration doughs are much easier to work.

I agree with earlier posts that wireless probes are really only necessary if you are doing rotisserie. They ran an awesome deal on the Signals (4 wired probes/wifi) a couple of weeks ago.
It’s nice to have the ability to check temps/control your fan while away from the house.

OP, ThermoWorks just released their early Black Friday deals. Looks like the RFX with 2 wireless probes is now $175.

Should have a good sale on Black Friday (weekend).
I would bet they are going to run something before Thanksgiving as well.
They run some deep discounts every couple of months. OP, I would suggest signing up for their text messages. I never had a Meater, but the friends that have one bitch about them a lot. RFX has been rock solid. It’s easy to use, but the TW app kind of sucks.
