re: Vet kept dog secretly alive and used as blood donor
Posted by TheSassyTiger on 5/31/14 at 4:23 pm to Spankum
Our dog used to be a blood donor for LSU SVM. He would go in about every three months and was always on call just in case. When he hit about 7 or 8 he couldn't do it any more due to his age.

I had a screen today for school. If you are nice to them and comply they don't have an issue with you. But I've seen people get attitudes and piss off the wrong people.

re: OT Fitness gurus: Anyone use fitbit, Nike fuel or Polar loop bands?
Posted by TheSassyTiger on 4/23/14 at 10:52 pm to Soft_Parade
Is the vivofit better than the fitbit flex? I have the flex but I've been having issues with it syncing and I'm beginning to consider returning it for the jawbone. Have not heard of the vivofit so willing to look into it.
re: Are you scared more by venomous snakes or spiders or do neither of them frighten

Snakes for sure. Even fake ones.

re: Creative ways to ask a girl to prom?
Posted by TheSassyTiger on 4/12/14 at 12:14 am to livewire
Lol I asked my high school bf by putting goldfish in his bath tub and writing on the mirror "out of all the fish in the sea, will you go to prom with me?" So dumb now but at 17 it was a cute idea.

re: Does anyone have experience with ST Josephs Academy?
Posted by TheSassyTiger on 2/5/14 at 7:28 pm to RyseofRome
I hated it pretty much. I was bullied often. Girls are just mean but that's everywhere. And I wouldn't change it at all. It prepared me for college and I learned a lot about myself especially that it was okay to be myself no matter what anyone thought. I'm still friends with two girls from my class. Two of the best friends I could ever ask for.

Graduated from there a few years ago.
re: Best Neighborhoods in Prairieville.
Posted by TheSassyTiger on 1/21/14 at 7:29 pm to Clark W Griswold
We live off of bluff in a nice neighborhood. There are several houses being built now and a handful of lots still available. There are tons of kids in the neighborhood too. It takes about 23 minutes for me to get to Essen in the morning. It's not a bad drive now that the interstate expansion has been completed.

re: Carpal tunnel. Do NOT want surgery.

I had carpal tunnel surgery when I was 18. I have had reoccurring problems and the doctor has recommended I have it again...

Don't eat the hotdogs at MGM. My whole family got food poisoning. It was miserable and we spent the rest of our vacation in our room not enjoying the parks.

I went to st. joes (& no I'm not a hoe) It wasn't the best experience because girls are super catty and bitchy. But I learned a lot about myself and got a great education.

My kitty is on prozac and it helps. Yes it's a pain but he just hangs out like he's high all day.

No not for 30 months. Just from ordering for Christmas.
Credit card company won't refund the money but they are disputing with the company.
Just trying to let everyone know they are taking advantage of people and running a scam.

Online shoppers beware
Posted by TheSassyTiger on 1/6/14 at 8:02 pm
Beware when ordering from the company solutions.com. Just discovered a total of 30 unauthorized charges for $14.95 for a total of $448.50 charged to my credit card. They claim it's a rewards program which I never signed up for, nor have I ever seen any "rewards." It's a huge scam. Company is only willing to reimburse two of the charges. It's bullshite. Don't ever order from them.

Yes. I'm doing the 24 day challenge and drink spark every day. It's just expensive.
