Increasing secularization of society.

Obviously this method has proven to be wildly successful, but why exactly?

Because God designed it.
White male Christians are becoming the enemy.

I'm sure Live Target are good frogs, but I don't understand why anyone would want/need that much detail on their frog. The only thing a fish sees is the bottom.

Yeah I agree it doesn't matter what the top of the frog looks like but live target/spro/booyah they all make em with a lot of detail on top. Probably because it looks awesome and gets people to buy it.
I'm surprised no one has mentioned Live Target hollow body frogs. That's pretty much all I've thrown for the past month and the bass are hammering it.

I don't think the debate is about what people enjoy. People enjoy all kinds of harmful things. Just because something is enjoyed doesn't mean it's good and should be encouraged.

Male and female anatomy is quite obviously complimentary. It is incredibly obvious that men and women are made to have sex with each other. And it is completely obvious that homosexual sex is a perversion of what our bodies were made to do. I mean isn't it obvious?

My illogical emotional response is that it's abhorrent. Almost every part of me wants to say it's objectively evil.

That's because it is abhorrent.

There are objective morals no matter how much people try to explain it away with "we're just smarter animals" nonsense.

Checkout the area between Greenville/Skillman/Lovers/Mockingbird. Lived there for a while. It's a great location. I lived at The Standard.
Ravi Zacharias is brilliant at exposing the emptiness of atheism.

John Piper is awesome. Love his sermons on Christian hedonism and sorrowful yet always rejoicing.

I'm a member of Brookhills. Sad to see Platt go but excited for what God is doing through him.

This.

And if there is no God then what moral authority is he appealing to when he calls something immoral? Atheism is so ridiculous.

There is a word for the sentiment required to craft the thoughts you see in the OP's linked article: racism.

Don't be ridiculous.

This is the answer. This is the answer to poor grades, poverty, drugs, crime.

The absence of marriage is what causes all of the problems of the black community. Marriage is the foundation of a healthy society.

2. All other sub shops.

Making disciples is a personal undertaking that takes time and relationship. You can't shout someone into discipleship. You live your life in such a way that you are honoring God and he will give you opportunities to minister.

Agreed.

Jesus says to "make disciples." That's how. Nowhere in scripture will you find a call to "evangelize" the way Protestants attempt to.

What does make disciples mean to you?

Why do Christians assume these instructions are timeless and not just for that particular group of followers?

Why would we assume otherwise?

If you truly believe that people's eternity is at stake, how can you keep quiet?

Didn't Jesus say not to get in people's faces with your religion and to keep it in your home

No.

Ever heard of the great commission?
quote:

Do same-sex couples not reflect this same love?

No, they don't reflect God's definition of marriage.
Same sex attraction reflects the brokenness of man. Christ died to set us free from the brokenness.
quote:

You're right Christians didn't invent marriage. God did. And he clearly defines it as a union of one man and one woman. It is a sacred relationship that represents Christ and the church. That's why it is not ok to redefine it. That's why Christians fight this battle.

Porn can just as well enhance a relationship if you know when to turn it off.

Going on about 10 months. Porn is a terrible thing. Especially for a marriage. I've heard people talk about what it did to their lives and marriages. Thankfully I stopped all that before I got married.

This is true, and it ain't a good thing.

Also, moral relativism is ridiculous.
