re: Low Light Scope Suggestion??

Hard to find one nowadays, but a Leupold FX-3 in a 6X42 HD duplex is hard to beat at dark and it's perfect out to about 150.
Bergara Stoke in .243 or 350 Legend, or suppressed 7/08 or .308.
Wesley Walls. Played high school baseball against him and he was a beast. Hit 17 bombs and was intentionally walked 45 times from the lead off spot at 6’5” 245 lbs his senior year. Played tight end and defensive end for the Rebels. He was a stud

Seen the end of this movie too many times.

Congrats and well deserved. That kid can pitch.
Damn, talk about the wheels falling off in a hurry.

re: LSU is the only WRU from the SEC

LSU is deserving of this ranking, but TN should be on there as well. They have sent a pile of receivers to the big show.

Great frickin decision to throw to a .500 hitter in the postseason.

Proud for this team and especially Coach B. It was good to see that big smile on his face after the game. He has been close with some good teams and finally got it done.

Trent pitched a gem tonight. Probably be a softball score tomorrow night. If Sam starts, I hope he is sharp. If he can keep it close, I like the back end with Weathersby and Laxler. Bortles is a beast, gonna be a good one. Hotty Toddy!
Virginia looked the best to me over the weekend, but they can't beat Aaron Nola.

Damn, that was painful reliving that shite. If Bittle wouldn't have gotten hurt, I believe the Rebels could have won the whole thing if they could have gotten there. Bittle was just nasty.

Other than state bragging rights and a boost for in state recruiting, there is usually nothing on the line with the Egg Bowl. A shot to get to Omaha between hated rivals would be pretty intense. It will be hard for both to make it happen though. Ole Miss has looked great at times this year, but then the Bad News Black Bears get off the bus. With three top 25 ranked teams coming in for a regional, it will be tough. One thing for sure, ULL will see arms from State they haven't faced all year.
I know some of you guys played high school and college baseball, so who were some of the future SEC stars you played against? We knocked heads with a few that stand out. Probably the most rounded talent was Pete Young from Mccomb who went on to become a star at State. He was a year older than me, but we played against each other from Little League all-stars until he graduated. He could hit it and pitch it, and was as good as anyone I ever seen at 3rd base with the leather. He pitched 14 innings over three days to win the state championship his senior year. Tracy Echols from NW Rankin was another great one that played at State. He hit the furthest home run I ever saw hit in high school to this day. The best hitter we ever faced actually never played college baseball, but ended up making all SEC on both offense and defense at Ole Miss, and then had a pretty good career in the NFL. That was Wesley Walls and he was a man child that could literally crush a baseball. I was only a sophomore his senior year at Pontotoc and he played first base. He was 6'5" and was 245 lbs, batting in the lead off spot. We pitched to him four times in three games and he hit three home runs and a GR double. I remember reading his high school stats in the Ole Miss football program his freshman year and he hit 17 hr's his senior year, despite getting walked 45 times. He had his hair dyed bleach blonde like the West coast boys, but he could walk the walk.
