Melvin Hill worked at the Rec when I was in college and he had a Master's from LSU. People are crazy if they think football players just fall backwards into 6 figure jobs because they wore the purple and gold.
Oh my gawd! Please quit derailing a thread of a recruited player about endless babble about being a player for LSU or a Harvard grad translates into a better job in the state of Louisiana you morons! One has about as much to do with other as the poles and the equator beings this young man is still in high school and regardless of your just liking to argue just for the sake of arguing he will choose whats important to him. Whether it is athletics, a particular field of education, or a combination of both and what school compliments that..
A Louisiana young man was offered by our home university, keep it there and on point. He deserves that, not your epeen and your need to be right or whatever from your couch. That being said I love him as a recruit and prospect except when he run's 50% of the time he has the ball out there with one arm, one handed like a chicken wing! Gotta tuck it in and cover it up otherwise defense's will key on this and result into alot of turnovers.
Oh and just wasn't pointing you out, alot of dumbassery in this thread...
Turned into an I went to or I knew someone from an Ivy league school just because this makes me feel important. I agree with poster above though who said Boston is a crap town, I spent over a year there and the people are just rude on the whole. I said yes' ma'am to an elder woman there and you would have thought I punched. Seriously she was that irritated at me, people there would as assume piss on you than greet you. They know nothing of pulling over to the side of the road when a funeral procession passes to show respect. It's two totally different worlds and if you haven't lived in both you wouldn't understand. I've lived both here and there and ya was a nobody, but I'll take our southern values and respect over that mememe gotta be it here and now anyday...
Young man is gonna succeed where ever he goes, but its alot more friendly in the south

Did you read his description? Gave props to his entire OL by full name among other thanks. Love those type of guys who know da real MVPs. Fournette is just the same.
As of a matter of fact, I missed the description when I linked it. Didn't realize Scott posted that himself, good catch there!
I love those type of kids as well, high character recruit. Hope he chooses us and doesn't feel scorned by not being offered until this late in the process. To be fair he was committed else where until a few days though. LoL

Hadn't seen this posted, but his highlights from the All American Bowl. That's some talented competition and some pretty tall linemen and didn't seem to faze the kid.

There was a series in which the same player got a sack on 3 consecutive plays. One of the craziest things I've seen in a game.
Ya that was crazy as hell, that kid was going full tilt!

How does his pass rush look sending only 3 down lineman? Just curious
He was bringing pressure the whole game, even on USC's last possession of the game with it all on the line he was still bringing pressure. Most guys play it safe and go into a prevent.

Got bored so figured I would watch Aranda's defense and came away very impressed. Especially with the line backers, was able to see how he creates mismatches with em and disguises the rush. The game plan as a whole was very solid and done with players who probably weren't as athletic as USC's guys. Guys stayed at home, stayed with their assignments, and tackled very well in the open field.
So glad we got this guy

Yes it matters, because last year when they offered DC contracts not only were they two years... But they also had the Miles clause in them... Should know what your talking about before you run your silly head...

Now granted I know nothing about the kid and highlight reels can be very deceiving, but I liked how that Williams kid looked on the page you listed.
The video showed alot of short to intermediate throws with accuracy, alot of pocket awareness where he climbed and slid in pocket well to avoid pressure. However I'm not sure if I was seeing things but sometimes his first step after receiving the ball from center his footwork looked a lil slow.
Anyhow, does anyone know anything about this kid? Would love to hear some more if anyone has more insight to the young man?

Should learn to wait for the game to be over before you start the shite talking, but I'm sure you won't

Ya he even got snippy with em when they asked him about it. The engine isn't broken, in fact we have a great engine... Bleh...

Get a great OC that has complete control of the offense. I know this won't happen, but this is the only thing that would make me ok with it.
This and like him, I know it isn't happening...
Agree 100% as well...
Love Les and loved the show they put on for him tonight, he absolutely deserved it. But it was time and since Alleva made that announcement been literally nauseous. We had a chance to rip off the band aid and pussed out. The thought of Herman here had me really excited about the furure, now all I feel is meh.....

Mett's last year was the only good passing offense we've had in the last 8 years since the NC. That's bad.
Mett wasn't ours originally, he came to us after being kicked off Georgia who usually actually does pretty well scouting QB's
Our deal is 9 times out of 10 we recruit dual threats to put them under center and run a prostyle offense. You need QB's like Mett for that type of offense. If we are going to recruit dual threat's as we have been, should be running an offense similar to Auburn's or Oregon's. Just makes no sense to me...
Ya Jersey caught me off guard as well, and like you said where is all that talent going to?
I know this is offtopic, but I found myself looking at that map posted and thinking poor Vermont and their goose egg for players in NFL.
Ok now yall can go back to argueing LoL

If you took the time to read the post, I actually said thats not what I do, just what I was taught young and know that it's not really effective and even something not good for you or your pet. Even looked up new methods because I was at a loss and most said crate training but as I live by myself I tend to want a more free roaming pet, but is dependable and was asking for help there and thanks to who all replied :)
Tho you just assumed and lashed out when ya assumed the worst so actually as bad as what your supposedly defending or getting angry about... Read the post in the future please..
Potty training your pup..

Everything I've seen has to do with crates, teaching how to deal with small space and all... Don't really want that, but as a yougin was taught to rub their nose in it and a rolled up newspaper? Doesn't really hurt but makes a loud sound that sorta scares em and yea this is bad... Short of like monitering en 24/7 having a hard time? any tips would be very welcome! Having a bit of a hard time :{

The Green Mile, the book really got me and then I watched the movie knowing what was going to happen and it still got me.
Lifted, alot of you probably haven't seen this one and it isn't really an "A" grade movie, but as once having been in the military and a dad I watched it for the story. Man this one got me several several times throughout it.
The Man From Snowy River, when Jim and and his horse go over the cliff. You have to watch the whole movie to grasp the epicness of it but here LINK
Saving Private Ryan, as many have said the ending always gets me.

Second that! Anything by R.A. Salvatore is awesome, but if your gonna read the Drizzt Do'Urden series Icewind is the second trilogy in the series. The Dark Elf Trilogy is the first in the bunch. They are all great reads though!
Also the Dragonlance Chronicles by Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman is another excellent fantasy series!
Give em a try and I promise ya won't be disappointed

I saw Alton Brown do that probably 6 years ago.
Actually that's where I got the recipe haha! Was going to link the video but it seems to be down. It get's the temp perfect though on 1 1/2 inch steaks, dont get the downvotes on the recipe?
If ya don't mind, would someone explain the reverse sear? Never heard of it, but always looking to learn new techniques in the kitchen. BTW looks delicious venture!
Ya I wasn't really sure what BGE or FTMFW was, but I know my oven only goes to 500 degree's. And yes the thickness is very important!

You realize a t bone is a strip and a filet?
Yes I do but the local market here seems to stock really well marbled T-Bones, but rather poor strips. Not sure why but that's what is local to me, and I do think the bone in adds to the flavor so there is that as well.
