It was outlawed in MLB because pitchers were already dominate and the scores were very low. Because of the offensive numbers in College baseball sky rocketing the shift needs to be allowed.

I'll be eating crawfish tonight with my family for my dad's 81st birthday and throwing back a few beers checking the LSU score on my phone and being thankful I'm not sitting somewhere having to watch and listen to the Dumbicrats act like 1 year old children not getting their way.

In hindsight if you had asked this question after the A&M game you would have had a much higher success rate getting a very good deal!
