Where are you seeing that he’s leaving Oregon?
His pff grades were bad because he is an interior OL that was filling in at OT, similar to curne with us.
Ignoring QB’s. Offense, Tre Brown. Defense, Ty Benefield.

If we went after cam we would not be able to have this big of a portal class. Had a lot of holes to fill, hopefully we’ll have better roster retention next year which would allow us to go purely big fish hunting next year:

If his FLOOR is a top-5 pick and premiere LT in the NFL as a rookie, give this man what he wants. But I don’t think we’re able to say he is anywhere near a Campbell right now.

Every big time school in the country is interested in this kid and his asking price started at $2.5 million. A lot of football minds brighter than you or I think he’s worth that much.

Thank goodness he didn’t, but if Will decided to enter the transfer portal during his time at LSU, we’d be talking about the same level of NIL packages I’d assume. NIL money changes yearly though so who knows.

He’s not as good as Campbell. I’ve watched Colorado plenty of times even been to a game at Colorado lol you’ve never watched him

How could you possibly know if I’ve watched him or not? I’ve stayed up until 1-2 am et before watching Colorado games. Don’t turn this into a pissing contest, it’s not that deep.

Him and Will were both ELITE pass blockers in college and good enough run blockers. I’m not even a huge PFF, guy but their Pass Block and Run Block grades in college were nearly identical if you factor in competition played. In Big 12 vs SEC.
People need to remember that signing day is still coming up too, filler numbers at positions we have top end talent at but need some deep depth will probably come from highscool kids. A lot of these portal kids want guaranteed playing time. Lower rated HS kids know they have to wait.

Lane isn’t Cig or he’d have done what Cig is currently doing with even better resources at Ole Miss than Indiana. if Cig wins monday night he’s probably generational.

My brother in Christ he literally did do what cig is doing at ole Miss, they were one game away from a natty with a roster and program he built, with a lot developmental players in the portal that other teams didn’t want. Stop being a hypocrite.
For a team that swears we aren’t worthy of a rivalry yall sure do talk about us a lot for just existing
Sacks get you paid for sure, doesn’t always tell the full story.

Who did we really lose? Some high rated HS kids that didn’t produce on the field? What impact player did we lose to the portal? Parker was a good player but extremely replaceable.
He would have been nice, but he's a lot more raw than people admit, he's a phenomenal athlete, Benefield is the better football player.
Shea said LSU expects him to sign today
J. Brown and Wilson definitely came here to start. I think 3-5 (which are basically also starters with how much Lane rotates receivers) will be Tre Brown, Watkins, Harris. Honestly won’t really know until after fall camp starts.

Eugen Wilson and Jace Brown are WR1 type college players. Wilson just had an injury. Brown had an awful QB. But besides those two I think Tre brown will have a huge impact immediately
Probably won’t happen until the portal opens after spring.

Edit: nvm there isn’t another portal window.

It’s not going to last 8 months, if it’s not done by the time pre nfl draft stuff starts he’s going pro. He’s not going to sit around and hope he gets approved much longer.
