I’m asking if it was his job to create videos for them if he would have made that one. That doesn’t mean that someone at the White House made it. I even changed my question later to say sourced it. However they clearly at a minimum sourced the video with it in it and didn’t watch it first (best case). However it’s odd how defensive you are about who made it considering there is nothing wrong with it in your opinion.

I personally believe that calling or comparing black people to monkeys has racial undertones. You already know that many people feel this way though so I’m not sure what answer you would really accept. If you had a job as a social media manager and you would green light posting a video of black people as monkeys then you sound a bit incompetent and should probably stay far far away from political strategy roles though
