Was paying about $1000 a month for family coverage. This is with my employer paying my entire portion of the premium. Just negotiated with them to cover the entire premium so 12k a year back into my pocket ??

I am. LSU grad about 10 years in. It’s definitely not for everyone and not something you do for the money. But - for those with a knack for it who grind out the 5+ years of school, internship, testing and licensure it can be a very rewarding career. I hate to be cliche but you really have to have a “passion” for it or you will be miserable.

Moving to Dallas tomorrow actually. Got a place in Knox-Henderson but like other posters have been saying anywhere uptown is prime.
