Last night was just a terrible loss. No way to spin it. Texas is not very good. NET in the 70’s. 0-2 in the conference including a home loss to Miss. St. Only semi decent team they had beat prior to last night was N.C. St. I understand it will occasionally happen on the road. But no way you should lose that game at home.

It’s calories in vs. calories out. If you are active enough, you can eat three sensible meals a day and maintain a healthy weight. The issue isn’t breakfast, it’s processed food.
