this is complete nonsense. you don't have to stop just because an LEO tells you to stop and pulls out a gun. we have a little thing called the constitution. the first officer jumped out of the vehicle and immediately tries to open her door. there were no lights, no indication that she was being pulled over for a traffic violation or otherwise. they just jump out and go after her.

no, he absolutely does not. a warrantless arrest requires some type of exigent circumstance, voluntariness, or probable cause. It is not at all clear that any of those criteria were present.

That's a bad shoot. That officer should be charged 100%. She was not driving in such a way that she was trying to hit him.

My neighbor in college was overweight (like the popular news reporter mean tweet gal), but had biguns and the weight was proportioned in all the right places. She was an OG purple haired lib circa 2007 before everything went nuts. She just liked granola, would only shop at Whole Foods, had two cats, etc. Anywho, every once in a while we’d get together for Netflix and chill before there was Netflix and chill. Never actually spoke about it or planned it, just a spontaneous once in a while thing.
