51yr old here with a 46yr old wife, we’ve both religiously maxed out our 401k’s for about 10-15yrs with the last few yrs going to the newly added option of a Roth 401k. I feel like we’ve over done it in that traditional bucket. What I wish I would’ve known sooner was at some point, we should’ve decreased our 401k contributions and put more into brokerage, which is what we’re doing now.

Have you searched for weeping conifers in your zone? I like the S&K Greenhouse youtube channel for conifers but a majority are for zones 5-8. I'm not sure is Jim Putnam has many conifer videos but that would be another suggestion.

When I was a kid, my dad would make a dip with kipper snacks and green olives. It was out of this world and I can't believe I liked it as a kid. But people either loved it or hated it. Wish I had that recipe.
We took the kids twice when they were young then decided our time and discretionary income could be better spent. So we bought a 5th wheel and the kids grew up camping instead. So many great memories camping with them!
Don’t have any personal recommendations but have been in the market recently, then decided not to buy. But there are YouTube videos that do a great job comparing the big 3 UTVs, Honda, Kawasaki, and Polaris.

Two yrs ago, we had 3 checks cashed in person at local banks that we did not write. Fortunately, we were expecting a large deposit so we were checking the account daily at the time. We were physically in our bank filing the fraud alert when the 3rd check was cashed. Crazy thing is the 3 checks were numbered perfectly in sync with where we were in our checkbook and those actual numbered checks were still in our checkbook.
Police were involved, the bank refunded our funds but when the police asked the bank for the videos of who cashed the checks, the bank stated they would not be sharing the videos without a court order. Makes me think it was an inside job and they were protecting their reputation.
I never would’ve thought about USPS worker “washing” checks. We really only write one check a month that we put in the mail so the odds aren’t great that’s what happened.

I have a magnetic mount in my truck and it works fine for my little 380 but if I put a full size 9m on it, the gun does not stay on the magnet on bumpy terrain.
