I think my texts go to spam but I get at least 2 calls a day from the RNC in Washington DC. I block every number they call from and continue to get them everyday.

At the WMA I hunt in MS, there’s typically a fire guard around any private land for obvious reasons. They try to burn various blocks every other yr.
Well the $3.00 AVG for Texas is listed for diesel.
For comparisons sake, my FIL bought as sack from Crystal Seas in Pass Christian for Christmas for $65 and we got 19 dozen out of the sack.
I’m on bi-monthly. We are paid 1 month after the first day of the pay period. So Jan 1-15 time is paid on Feb 1, Jan 16-EOM is paid on Feb 16 and so on.

I was driving through a a WMA in South MS a few weeks ago and I come over a hill and see somebody in the middle of this dirt road. Ends up being a female jogger, no orange. A few hundred yards past her, I come to what I believe was her 4Runner parked directly in front of a gated road, which is illegal. There was a racing bike and water bottle on the back of the 4Runner which led me to believe it was hers. But you are not supposed to block a gate in the WMA for emergency purposes. You’re supposed to park off to the side and walk in.
re: Went Snow Skiing again this weekend - an observation

I’ve experienced this phenomenon one time in my life, although not snow skiing. It was at The Master’s. Never seen so many smiling middle aged dudes in my life! But the same could be said for the concession stand workers, merchandise store, and even restroom attendants.

Appreciate the review. They look solid, but maybe a little over my price range. I don't see a sale or clearance section on their website. Do they ever run sales?
I take it you've never seen a D3 roster.

I have a buddy who is Vietnamese who grew up in Nebraska. He and his family came over after the war. He told me there was a big Vietnamese settlement in Nebraska. This map confirms that. Guess it's the farming Vietnamese and not the fishermen Vietnamese.
-Decreased my company Roth 401k contributions to 5% and will place 100% of my net in a brokerage account to accomplish a few things:
1. To have some liquidity if I retire early.
2. Have an another bucket to draw from in retirement.
3. Test run to see if we can live completely on 1 income.

Payback for all the money laundered back into the DNC through the Somalis? She knew he’d protect the piggy bank.

So do most grinders come with the sausage stuffer when putting ground in the bags or is that a separate accessory?
Newsflash-people in the south know how to get along with folks no matter race, color, or creed for a long, long time, unlike some people in the lily white north.
Camping World 2016. We had been shopping for a 5th wheel for about 6 months. Our first visit was to a local Camping World. I wanted to buy from them because service would be close to home. Met the salesman who followed up with me for months.
After looking at many other places, I made an appointment with the salesman at Camping World. The wife and I show up ready to buy that day and were told he’s with another customer. So much for making an appointment. They stick us with a new guy. As we are walking through the camper we wanted, the first thing he asks us is how good is our credit.
I told him it didn’t matter because we wouldn’t be buying from them. We went back in the office, told the salesman and the manager why they lost a sale that day. They called all afternoon trying to make a deal but I wouldn’t budge. I probably missed out on a great deal.
Ended up buying from Dixie RV in Hammond.

So you make 17% over your salary instead of 25%. Gotcha.

The water oak behind me in my neighbor’s back yard won’t lose all its leaves until the end of January. And they’ll be new buds on it by the 2nd wk of Feb. Didn’t pay much attention to it until we put a pool in 3yrs ago. But last wk’s freeze and wind did a number on it.

Once I paid off my truck my credit score went down.
Mine went down 11 points last yr when we paid off the house. You'd think never missing a mortgage payment and paying it off a couple yrs early would make someone more credit worthy.
