Jack, I have a Nikon F2 with a number of lenses that may interest you.
Used Edge Pro Apex system to sharpen all our knives yesterday. Can get blades scary sharp and fun to use.
Use 18" WSM, Performer Weber Kettle and Primo XL. Use bbq guru for long cooks on WSM and Primo. Have had good results on all, probably the WSM is best overall for smoking.
If new to smoking I would recommend you look up "BBQ Wisdom of Harry Soo" for great tips using the WSM. He uses them in competition and wins often.
Have large Primo and 18.5" WSM and both work well for smoking. WSM gives better smoke ring and flavor in my opinion. Will be smoking brisket tomorrow on WSM.
I use it on a regular 22.5" Weber Kettle and I think that is the best size to use. I also have an 18" WSM and think it would be too small for pizza making.
It works on a regular 22.5 Kettle but is adjustable to 18". I use the Kettle Pizza kit with steel accessory and get great results. Can maintain 800/900 degrees.
