Darnell and the freshmen made the sweet 16. Engscov and Merritt entering the game always got the students going.
Eugene Nash was my favorite late game sub who played under Sutton in the late 70’s. When he came in the crowd went wild…

Looks like the Arkansas fans didn't care for that piece of shite. They didn't look trashy at all to me.
That dude was probably from kentucky, they like to follow cal around and harass him for some weird reason…

Remember when Arky played Mizzou in the Cotton Bowl? hahahaha you had Dmac and Jones? Who did NOTHING yet Tony fuggin Temple ran for over what 400 yards and set the Cotton Bowl record? Man that had to have been a day to forget for you.
That season was one to forget because of the turmoil of a portion of the fanbase trying to destroy and run off Nutt. We had no coach in that bowl game and a team that was just wanting to get it over with, they would have lost to anyone.
It’s similar to that ohio st cotton bowl you beat your chest over when they’re best players opted out.
And those were the greatest wins in your program’s history, pretty pitiful.
quote:
Uhm, didn't they push your shite in with that 7th ranked RB. Scored almost 60. Oh look, I think Love just scored again
Dude, everyone pushed our defenses shite in this season, even your team.
That was the worst defense I can remember and the most hopeless I’ve felt going into games since morris was here. That stat means nothing.

It’s worth mentioning that in 2007 when McFadden has 1830 yards for Arkansas, He was splitting carries with two other future NFL backs. Felix Jones had 1162 yards that year and Peyton Hillis had 347.
He played at rb, qb and returned kickoffs as well.
Quote:
Darren McFadden, also known as "DMac," threw two touchdown passes during the 2007 college football season with the Arkansas Razorbacks.
His two touchdown passes came in separate games:
He threw a 23-yard touchdown pass in the game against South Carolina where he also ran for an SEC-record 321 rushing yards.
He threw another touchdown pass in the triple-overtime victory against #1 LSU.
McFadden operated out of the "Wild Hog" formation (a variation of the wildcat offense) as a running back who occasionally took direct snaps and passed the ball.

Man, Tebow was the real deal. He deserved his Heisman. It was jobbing DMAC the 1st year for Troy Smith that was BS.
Yep, they said he didn’t get it because he was a sophomore then turned around the next year and gave it to tbow who was a sophomore. Imagine that, the heisman has been a joke since the day they gave archie griffin his second heisman.

He must have had a flashback to a trump rally he attended. Good for the guy behind him, I hope someone bought that man a beer…

Before my time but I bet those Nolan Richardson vs Rick Pitino games were wars in the 90s.
The cool thing about it is Pitino and Richardson liked and respected one another. Richardson gave Pitino a pair of boots.

It's because they've been enormous jackasess since they joined the conference and thought they could come at the King when they had Nolan Richardson. They haven't shut the frick up since.
Arkansas had great respect for Kentucky when we joined the conference because they were a top program way back then with Pitino and I still follow Pitino now when I can because he’s a great coach and respected opponent. The games between him and Richardson were must watch tv and even played on superbowl Sunday.
The conference is more competitive now so Kentucky isn’t the go to bell cow program they once were. That’s too bad for the conference for sure.

the Arkansas Razorbacks men's basketball team played the Kentucky Wildcats on a Super Bowl Sunday, specifically February 12, 1995, in a major SEC showdown moved to that prime national TV slot for a huge audience, with Arkansas winning in a memorable upset.
The Game: A nationally televised game where the #16 Arkansas Razorbacks defeated #1 Kentucky, with a memorable half-court buzzer-beater at halftime by Reggie Garrett.
The Date: Sunday, February 12, 1995, coinciding with Super Bowl XXIX.
Significance: It was a massive event for both programs, with Kentucky calling it their "Super Bowl" due to the buzz, as noted by fans and media, and Arkansas highlights the event.
When Arkansas joined the sec it was definitely Arkansas vs Kentucky and the games are still highly competitive.

Yep, I appreciated the hell out of what Muss did to resurrect our basketball program.

I was never hearing anything about Minnesota until baby trump got his feelings hurt and decided to use an army of mercenaries to wreak havoc on the state. Same with California, Oregon, Illinois and whichever blue state he chooses.
Ignorant bastard.
Ignorant bastard.

Is that ai? I couldn’t understand the double talking going on….
The "ICE Tactic"
Recent events, particularly a fatal 2026 shooting involving an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officer in Minneapolis, have brought this issue into sharp focus. Critics and policing experts have referred to the agent's actions as a pattern or "tactic" that has been used in previous incidents to justify shootings.
Key points regarding the "ICE tactic":
Pattern of Behavior: Videos of multiple incidents suggest a pattern where agents swarm vehicles and then shoot, justifying their actions by claiming the vehicle was used as a weapon.
Policy Omission: Unlike many police departments, the use-of-force policy for ICE (part of the Department of Homeland Security) has lacked a clear instruction for officers to move out of the way of moving vehicles where feasible, an omission that is "at odds with generally recognized best practices in policing".
Legal Challenges: Federal courts analyzing deadly force claims consistently hold that an officer cannot justify a shooting solely by a danger the officer created themselves. The legal standard requires looking at the "totality of the circumstances" leading up to the use of force, including the officer's initial actions.
While federal officials have defended the shootings as justified acts of self-defense, many law enforcement experts and civil liberties advocates argue that intentionally creating an avoidable risk to then use lethal force is not a legitimate policing tactic.

My 13 year old grandson asked me about great plays I remember and that was one of the first that came to mind. Another was the Charlie Homer hit against nebraska in baseball, the crowd reaction was crazy.

I give the eagles defense a great deal of credit for that superbowl win, they dominated the chiefs offense.

Wow, kind of an exact flip of last year. We musta got Texas' schedule by mistake...
I’d rather have the so called easy schedule in football, I like the excitement of playing the best in baseball . But in baseball I don’t think there’s an easy schedule, all teams are competitive.
