I still do my 5ish mile bike ride and 100 pushups from the knees every morn along with weights 3 or 4 days a week. So that I won’t look like a tub o goo when finally do die mp dph

I’m not really back. Got a new laptop and the cursor goes invisible when I to the typing area of TD website only. Got me befuddled af. Don’t like posting on my phone so other than a few posts in the rant, I just stay away.
