That’s fair. You’ll make some progress either way, I think.

I’d get a lesson before a fitting. Your club path could be all weird or who knows what.

I’ll be damned if someone didn’t hit into us this afternoon. Excellent golfer too. He knew better.

SM could be great if it weren’t so crowded, had consistent greens, and had better starters/marshals.
That’s probably true, at least in Louisiana.

After he got into bumblebee and Yellowjackets a time or two he traded it for AC cab.

A cab is a must for that reason, plus it just keeps all the dust and debris out of your lungs and it keeps the inside of the machine cleaner.

You aren’t legal either. I’m not judging, just sharing information. You can’t tow more than a 10k lb GVWR trailer without having a class A CDL.

I think the weight limits really need to increase. Everything has gotten heavier. A guy running a 1 ton towing a mini-ex on a beefy trailer should not need a CDL.

Edit: I may be wrong here. If the truck’s GCWR rating is over 26k AND you’re towing a 10k+ GVWR trailer, that needs a CDL.

I don't think there's any special drivers license requirements for a truck based on towing capacity. Just if the entire rig weighs more than 26k lbs.

It’s based on GVWR. If he’s towing a setup that’s stamped over 26k, he isn’t legal without a CDL, even if it’s unloaded.

I don’t have much of a temper, but people hitting into me gets me fired up.

How was the course aside from that? I’ll be out there this weekend.

We upgraded to a 25 F450 and 35ft gooseneck last year. It’s overkill but it does the job and I feel safe with it.

How much of a pain was it to get your CDL or are you just risking it with a class E or D?

It made that much of a difference?

Not even close. There’s a lot of work involved with each type of business you listed.

50k rounds a year or whatever it is happened.

It honestly looks like some of greens may have died from the freeze or maybe the wrong chemical got mixed in. I have no idea.

Like I said, you can still have a fun round there. Just know what you’re getting into with the greens. Maybe mark it as a practice round so it doesn’t affect your GHIN.

Neither, I think. Just means there aren’t many people ready to make a move for whatever reason.

The greens are more hard bare dirt than anything. Some of them have some grass growing, but it’s spotty. They also aren’t smooth at all, so your putt can hit a ridge or pitch mark and change directions.

You can still have a fun time there, but know you’ll be screwed on some putts.

Well, this is a surprise price move. :yack:

Someone (or several people) dumped around 300k shares real fast.

I really don't think it is. Everyone knew this was coming. It's important news that things didn't fall through or get seriously delayed with HQ, but it was expected.
