People who are saying that she will just get off, this isn't just a 3rd offense DWI case. The minimum sentence for vehicular homicide is 5 years without benefit of suspension of sentence, probation or parole.

Yeah, shingles is just like other types of herpes: the extent and pain of the symptoms vary widely. There are actually vaccines for it now and antivirals. No cure yet though.

This is all the current info from Jefferson parish. The case hasn't been assigned as of yet.
