I don't understand why she is getting hate on this thread. It seems people didn't understand her stance very well.

But, suddenly it's "cool" to say you were abused/assaulted
For sure women out there are sexually abused or harassed. Those acts are wrong and the perpetrators should faces consequences for their actions.
However, often times women/girls do make the claim just for attention. Or they lie about it to get out of another bad situation that is their fault. Additionally, the standards for harassment have been lowered and blurred that just looking at a female is abuse.
For example. When I was in 8th grade 2 girls claimed that a male teacher sexually abused them. The teacher was very well liked for years at the school. It took many people by storm, especially considering these 2 girls were among the ugliest in the class. The teacher was fired. Then after further investigation the girls admitted they falsified the claim because they were both failing the class he taught. None of this mattered, the teachers career was ruined.

Do it. Career and location change.
If it doesn't work out, at least you'll learn what matters to you. Better to try and come back than always wonder what would have happened if you did change.

Yes it was.
Mostly that I had to live in Pecos Texas 3/4 of my time.
There is a lot of turnover in the industry. Its boring as hell. You do the same thing day in and day out. It never changes.

I have friend who are still doing it and they bitch about their job non stop. And the experience doesn't provide experience that is transferrable to other industries.

A lot of details are very important need to be drawn into the house plans. If not, they wont be able to be added later. Such as pocket doors or exposed beams.
Make sure your guest rooms are at least 12x12. Many standards are 11x11. The difference is larger than you think.

Scott Pernici did nothing wrong here. He found a way for the City of Shreveport to get an extra million a year in water bills. The city then breached on their contract to pay him. The city is the only ones at fault here.
Additionally, the city has been selling city contracts. Highly illegal.

re: Different movies with exact scenarios, needed for presentation
Posted by PaulMcFartney on 9/21/17 at 10:21 am to theantiquetiger
Two new movies starring Ryan Reynolds: Criminal and Self Less. They are basically the exact same movie.
Criminal:
In this slam-bang action thriller, a violent death-row inmate (Kevin Costner) with a rare brain condition undergoes an experimental procedure to implant the memories and skills of a deceased CIA agent in an effort to thwart a terrorist plot.
Self/Less:
A terminally-ill billionaire undergoes a radical operation that transplants his consciousness into the body of a healthy young man, but finds his life in danger when he uncovers the terrifying secret of the procedure and the sinister organization behind it.

Posted by PaulMcFartney on 9/20/17 at 2:06 pm to Slippy
Cedar Grove is straight up hood.
Want to get shot? Walk in Cedar Grove at night.
I've been in the Shreveport-Bossier area for 5 years. First 3 in Shreveport and last 2 in Bossier. West Shreveport has been run down the whole time. North Highland as well. South Highland and Broadmoor are trying their best to hold strong. But people are fleeing either South Shreveport or North Bossier fast.
As the hood creeps in, people with families leave.

Youre right. An I am one of those people.
I have no interest in watching the Emmys, regardless of their views. However because its a Trump bashing and patting on the back of liberals, I do want their ratings to suck.
Doesn't matter though. They love themselves too much to change or care.
