I'd say bowl the lower deck (rebowl, tear out the old, whatever) throw in some nice garnet seats instead of bleachers, and yes, get rid of the bathrooms there now.
Also, after the university expands towards the river, start expanding down to the stadium along the river. Continue to build more around the stadium and soon enough, both sections will expand enough to be part of campus. The horseshoe would be off campus, but that's going to happen anyways.
The stadium could feel closer to campus if we remapped some of the roads coming in.

It's not his personality, it's how he bailed on UT after he created the bad situation with sanctions. USC can't afford a coach like that. At the very least, Will can recruit and for four years kept a clean program.

This is big time football and part of that is dealing with the media. Leaks always happen, this is nothing new. If Herman or any other prospect can't handle it they need to step off. Coaches are responsible for much more than drawing up X's and O's.
