Okay, 3 & 4 star recruits.... whatever. Obviously the players had a huge role in the loss (duh) BUT there’s a reason coaches don’t typically come out of a loss and place blame on their players. How often does that happen? I’m not a coach-basher. I love Coach O and the rest of the coaching staff (for the most part). He may not have meant it how it sounded, and he might not be wrong, but coaches don’t typically do that. Psychology and morale plays a huge role in coaching.

Here’s what I think about that: when a head coach says after a devastating loss he needs to recruit better players, knowing he has a room full of 4 & 5 star recruits, the rest of the season & a bowl game left to play then YES, that’s a coaching problem. Think of how great it would work if as an employer you held a staff meeting and told all of your employees you needed to hire better people to get the job done. I bet that morale would be waaaay up there, I tell ya.

I would suggest not telling the fans who they should or shouldn’t trash after watching a beat down in our own house where we couldn’t even get a field goal. We bought the tickets, the damn white shirts, screamed until we lost our voices and in return got to watch our offense crumble to pieces before our very eyes. We will trash who we please.

Seems like I remember seeing a decibel reader on the jumbo tron showing a reading of around 107. But I can’t remember because I’m trying to block from my memory the fact that game is why I can’t talk today. I’m pretending I’m recovering from the flu, which would be more pleasant than what I sat through last night.

I agree. This seems like the first time in a long time I couldn’t sit in the stands and predict the next play. Lol. I used to go “well, we are gonna go up the middle”. A few minutes later “WHY THE F DID WE GO UP THE MIDDLE AGAIN!?”

Just stating the obvious. I know women like to claim stalking, harassing, etc at every little thing these days but I would submit if you are female and regularly interact on a male dominant message board you need to have thick skin and lighten up. I honestly don’t intend for that to be mean. If women yell harassment and stalking at every little thing then the TRUE harassment/stalking isn’t taken seriously anymore because everyone is crying wolf.
