After watching the video, it does not appear to me that the woman was attempting to run over anyone with her vehicle. She was trying to get away. The officer who did the shooting will probably face a homicide charge at the very least.

That's what happened when I was 8. I saw all the stuff in the closet that a couple of weeks later re-appeared under the tree Christmas morning.
