Why was 6 afraid of 7? Because 7 ate 9 and 10
Daniel Carver had an interesting rendition on the Howard Stern show back in the day
Increase industrial production by 20 percent. Beat USA in space race
"most basic". They are the rock'n'roll equivalent of a basic bitch
Why not just say the whole state of Texas instead of mentioning individual cities? The whole state (outside of parts of the east) has never been truly "southern"
How to prevent (or minimize) hangovers for real.

1) Chugg as much Gatorade (or similar drink with electrolytes) before going to bed.

2) Unless you are so drunk you'll burn the house down make a huge thing of scrambled eggs and wolf it down before bed.

3) Whatever your favorite headache med in the morning (not Tylenol which does not go well with alcohol).
Nothing will happen. Cutting enough to fix the problem or raising enough taxes to fix the problem are both political suicide. DOGE was a drop in the bucket and nothing to help. To truly solve the problem you have to make big cuts to Military, Social Security and Medicaid which everyone loves..... or raise taxes by 20-30% which nobody wants. So we'll just sleep walk into a crises and let the next generation deal with it.

“Jar of Flies” is the best.

Except it wasn't an album it was EP. But yeah "I stay away" might be their best song.

Loved Layne and AIC and do not want to make the argument over who is better as a singer.

But Soundgarden's Louder than Love and Badmotorfinger are better than any 2 AIC ever released. Much more raw and inline with the grunge movement.

Complete backwards imo. Cornell had one the best voices in rock history. It doesn't get anymore raw than Dirt and Facelift (Jar of Flies and self titled are a different story)
Dirt. Nevermind and Ten are the only better Grunge albums and not by a huge margin.
Iraq war was the start. Prior to that USA was seen as this shining beacon and protector of freedom and democracy that led the world in economic prosperity, cultural relevance and moral righteousness..

Whether you agree or not a ton of people who once admired the USA saw the Iraq war as a huge mistake and this took away from America's mystique.

That's what allowed Obama to get elected and he proceeded to highlight America's imperfections non-stop which resulted in the America-critical activist class taking control of the Democratic party... which resulted in the MAGA backlash and here we are today more divided than ever.
Heard of his organization "Turning Point USA" many many times but didn't recognize his name. I don't need to listen to political influencers on either side to form opinions I know what I believe.
Totally agree. Another that should be in the Top 5 but never is is Doo Doo Doo.

#1 will always and forever be Gimme Shelter though.
Syracuse actually hasn't released a depth chart (neither has Tennessee I think) but it's going to be quite a bit of transfers starting.

There's a bunch of us Syracuse fans on TD... mostly seen in the OT lounge. We had a fun and competative home and away series with LSU like 6-7 years ago and some of us found this board then.
Amazing game.. can't believe that was the last time we played. That was at the tail end of Syracucse's late 80's to early 2000s run as a consistent top 20 program. Very evenly played game. A lot of Syracuse fans still salty about that pass interference call that kept your guy's (we don't say y'all) final drive alive. If it weren't for that call no National Championship.
No we do not. It all depends on how the transfers work out. It was a fairly good transfer haul by Syracuse standards so we shall see.

Run defense always a problem at Syracuse. D-Line looking ok with some decent transfers and returners linebackers a little more of a question mark.

Really don't know what to make of this team. Neither a blowout or a close loss would surprise me.
Have no idea what to expect from this Syracuse team. Completely different squad from last year. I do trust this coaching staff though after the season they put together last year.

O-line is not an obvious weak spot (solid transfers) but will not be anything amazing.

Close loss or blowout are both possible. Do not see Syracuse pulling out a W.
Right but even Dems agreed that Trump's bigly stimulus was necessary in response to Covid. Major difference is that Biden pumped another several trillion into the economy knowing that Trump had already pumped 6 trillion very recently.
