DHH report on HG site visit
Found this nugget this morning. It's included as only a small part of the EPA submittal. The part that peeked my interest is this:
A site visit was conducted on August 30th and 31st, 2023 at Hydrograph Clean
Power Inc. in Manhattan, KS. Hydrograph is a primary production facility of a fewlayered and multi-layered graphene materials and is currently scaling up production.
Hydrograph accepted an invitation to voluntarily participate in the National Institute for
Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) Industrywide Exposure Assessment Study on
Graphene and other Two-Dimensional Nanomaterials (2-D).
...four employees were observed performing graphene production
tasks as well as post-production tasks such as packaging and developing dispersion
techniques for graphene/resin mixtures within its facility
When some yahoo says they are a pump and dump or have not produced graphene, let's see if they can explain this report by DHH sent to EPA

NICE!! Trying to keep my expectations cool, but very nice to see that type of buy volume after about 2:00pm. Back to back 40-50K candle sticks at 2:30.
Big picture is we wanted to see it fight back from the dip on Tuesday and it ended up with a 3% gain for the week. Looks healthy.

And if it's true that 5 years ago GMG was where HGRAF is now
There is no denying they are ahead of the game right now, maybe a year ahead, but with their production and headquarters based in Australia, where as HG will be based in Austin with production in TX. If I'm DoD or a public company I'm buying from right here for a number of reasons, potential trade issues, transportation cost, speed of order delivery, etc, etc

You need your own applications because no one knows what to do with the powder so it’s worthless on its own. HG will find that out at some point too.
I was curious until I read that part. Lost all credibility, there. I questioned the purity part, the supposedly deadline(s) missed (other than EPA), but this was the nail.
Do steel companies build cars, buildings, etc?
Do lumber companies build houses?
You make a product, you sell a product and sometimes that product gets mixed with other products to make a final consumable good. This isn't rocket surgery.

Another good sign, tks. They have 2 openings listed for Austin- Lab Manager and Instrument Scientist.

Hopefully they have something to disclose other than they are still waiting for EPA approval...
A move to the new headquarters in Austin should be on the agenda, but hopefully that's an afterthought and the highlight is progress on approvals.

Good info and find thanks.
I looked over the dates and it looks like HGRAF submitted both on the same day back in September of 2024, so we are basically 1.5 years into this.
There was a "Scoping or Focus Meeting" in June 2025.
Digging a little deeper I found where they are in the flow chart.
There are 6 steps in the process
1) Pre-Submission
2) Incoming Cases
3) Risk Assessment
4) Risk Management (Where HYDRAF is)
5) Awaiting Submitter Signature or Order
6) Final Determination
"Risk Management" = Dialogue with submitters on risk findings, regulatory options and decision meetings, EPA drafts, develops, and sends determination documents.
I did all this to continue my own DD with the information we have found in this thread and hopefully spur some others to look a little closer as well.
This still feels like a legit effort by the team at HGRAF to get to market a game changing product and make themselves filthy rich in the process, I hope to ride the coat tails along the way.

Lets see if it fights back the end of today and/or tomorrow.
It's all noise at this point, but I would love to see it hang around where it currently is before major news and not have slow erosion or slippage.

EPA Approval of similar company
Graphene Manufacturing Group (GMGMF) sounds similar to HGRAF in their goals and production technology. While not a mirror of each other it's hard not to see the similarities.
GMG is an Australian based clean-technology company which develops, makes and sells energy saving and energy storage solutions, enabled by graphene manufactured via in house production process. GMG uses its own proprietary production process to decompose natural gas (i.e. methane) into its natural elements, carbon (as graphene), hydrogen and some residual hydrocarbon gases. This process produces high quality, low cost, scalable, 'tuneable' and low/no contaminant graphene suitable for use in clean-technology and other applications.
I don't know if I should be excited about this due to the precedence of EPA approval, or concerned due to the fact they are ahead of the game with product to US market already happening.
Since their approval just before Christmas, the stock has had significant gains (88%), but not the 5X and 10X some believe will happen with HGRAF with EPA approval and customers secured.

What did the cellphone video prove that we didn't know?
A number of things, the now deceased was actually calm didn't appear scared, was 100% aware of the office she hit, and knew she would or could in fact hit the officer once moving forward and did it anyway.
also- the accomplice (wife) is complicit in this, was an aggressor in this, and should be held accountable in some capacity.
That's to name a few

I played in that pool for over a year. Took some profit, but also saw profit erode away over time while they had 137 PR announcements solely about attending a random conference somewhere.
If Hydro starts routinely attending conferences as PR I'm out with the quickness.

While ignoring the absolute fact she had no business even being in the area, let alone purposely using her car to obstruct a federal operation. Go walk in the street, sing your chants and protest, don't care, but what she did put herself in harm's way and now some kids have to grow up without a mother. Shameful.

I should probably walk away now, FOMO is a muther f'er

WHEW!!!... glad I'm not the only one. She knows I do a ton of high-risk stuff, but also knows I don't risk certain accounts that we absolutely need and she also chooses not to ask many questions. I did tell her a few weeks back, that if my current play works out our future retirement goals can be adjusted, I gave her a 10% chance of that happening in 2 to 3 years, her eyes rolled...
