I think a compelling case can be made she was simply trying to drive away and was not trying to harm anyone. That doesn’t mean the officer didn’t feel his life was in danger with the way it went down. The officer remains bitch made for pulling the trigger. He was not in harms way. He was actually, and literally, not in the way at all. He’s your typical ex military, gun loving, don’t know how to deal with PTSD hot head that is likely to pull the trigger when it wasn’t necessary

It’s debatable and non conclusive on whether there was an attempt to run that man over. Some say it wasn’t, and others say it was. It isn’t cut and dry either way as much as everybody that has chosen a side wants it to be

Go watch the video of a recent officer involved shooting where a guy pulled a gun and the officers life was very obviously in danger. His reaction to killing someone was night and day different and he was effectively in a shoot out
