Well, yes. However, because they have a higher percentage of students in their greek system it's only natural.
SEC GREEK STATS
Actually, Vanderbilt has a higher percentage of students in greek organizations.
Additionally, a school such as Auburn has an enrollment of 10K MORE students than Ole Miss does, with a similar percentage of students with greek affiliations. This means that Auburn has far more students in fraternities/sororities than Ole Miss does.
Furthermore, I don't think that the QUANTITY of douche fratstars has anything to do with how douchey those frat stars are.
In summary- you are a complete idiot. Your argue breaks down on like seven different levels. Recommend you forfeit your posting privileges for 6 months.

As someone who scored a 30 without studying, let me tell you that it is HIGHLY unlikely that you will increase your ACT score from a 24 to a 30.
A 24 is 74th percentile. A 30 is 95th percentile.
ACT SCORE PERCENTILES
Do you really believe that you can make your way into the 95th percentile of test taking simply with some "studying"? It's not going to happen.
A 24 isn't THAT bad. Sure, you're probably never going to take down 6 figures or have a super attractive wife. That being said, it is (by definition) MORE intelligent than average.
I would estimate your earnings potential to be roughly $50k/yr by the time you grow up.
