Like it or not, he definately helped beat Bama on Nov. 5th. My point is simply that it serves no purpose in bashing him or any player on the team.

Your an idiot if you think he is the only reason we lost the game. I am not a big fan and he has not taken responsibility for his actions.I just hate to see a kid who spent 4-5 years as a player and who helped us go 13-0 get blasted so bad that he would have bitter feeling towards his school.

The guy had a horrible game!! He was running for his life because the line was compleately dominated. The coaching staff did nothing to help him. We shouldn't forget that he is a kid who despite the outcome was doing his best. His best obviously wasn't near good enough but that is on the coaching staff. They could have made a change.The problem was our staff had 40 days to make a plan but they had no backup. He looked confused and frustrated from the first series but no changes were made to help him or replace him. In a day where everyone blast a kid for going out of state to play, this guy stayed home. Where is the loyalty from our fan base? The kid tried his best! What more can you ask?

Of course you would. Just like you lost because your kicker missed those 3 50yrd. chip shots. Maybe in the rematch you should not punt at all. If you miss a 70 yrd field goal that could be another "break" for LSU.

If LSU wins out I think OkSt is a strong possibility. I think a lot of voters would go for a confer. champ getting a shot rather than a team that didn't make it to their championship game. I LSU were to lose you could use the same argument;however,you could also look at it as a chance for Bama to have a rematch with the team that beat them during the regular season. Everyone knows that LSU and Bama are the best two teams but we all know that the media hype plays a very big role and i have to think the majority of the country doesn't want an all SEC Championship game.

Let me start by saying AL has a very good defense and a very good running game;however, they never got past the 28 yrd line. LSU gave up yards but stuffed the Bama running game when they got near the red zone. You missed 3 @50 yrd field goals. You could have attempted a 70 yrd field goal and that would have been another missed opportunity. You forget that LSU kicked field goals from the 2 and the 5. Each team had missed opportunities. The fact is that Alabama has a young QB and LSU made him do more than he ha been asked to do thus far. How about the Bama nation giving credit to the LSU defense for stepping up when Bama got Near the Red Zone. They Never got in the Red Zone. Bama has a very good team but some of the fan base has trouble giving the team credit for a great game plan and better execution. The kicker didn't beat you LSU beat you. Maybe you will get another shot!
I would rather lau OU . I would like to beat as many different top 5 teams as possible!

I agree LSU gets a bye! It really is a huge disadvantage to go to the SEC Championship the way things have played out this year.
I assume you think if we lose to Ark the BCS would be between Al and OR both teams we beat . Possible but kind of odd. I guess Les would definitely be the guest host for the game.
Does LSU get in BCS even with a loss to Ark or GA?

Considering the fact they beat both Al and Or. Their loss would be to a #5 Ark or a top 10 Ga team who is playing much better. I think they would have the most impressive wins. It would be funny for Ga to win the SEC but LSU and AL play for th National Championship!

Very interesting that Sarkisian is now the head coach who runs a wide oped style offense and D.J. McCarthy may be interested in a job at UofW. We just put in charge of recruiting the #1 WR or player for that matter. Best thing for us is that it is damn cold in Washington.

I couldn't agree more. I don't think K. Williams is a very good choice to return kicks. He seems to just run into a pile. John Williams was an outstanding returner in H.S. Maybe nexy year.
This team needs VICTORY over a quality opponent.

3. A DC that could coach. (This years D was confused all year. They would have been better off playing man coverage and blitzing ever play. I have never seen a team with more blown coverages.

I agree. You can't force a fit. Let the DC have full controll. If it has worked well enough in the past for LSU to consider for the job don't screw it up. If you don't think coaching matters just look at the SEC WEST. We need a coach who has a track record of improving talent at the college level. These kids all think they will play in the NFL and they look a a coaches ability to put players in the league. This was a bad decision with co-coord. LSU is not a learn on the job place. Sometimes talent will get by on talent but is obvious they were not well coached. I have my doubts that they would do any better as a position coach.

I have a bad feeling that miles is going to retain both D co- coord. and put them as position coaches. I really hope this is not the case. He needs to clean house on the defense. It is hard to be motivated and respected by players after you have been unsuccessful. Just my 2 cents.

Advocate article sounded like coach O would consider D-Line coach and recruiting coord. position.I think this plus Chavis as D-Coord. with a strong history of producing good LB's could be a nice fit if they can make it work.
Just wondering why we offered Bell and Wooten and not him.

Playing good on 1st and 2nd down and then giving up 3rd and 17. I guess you can find a silver lining in anything if you look hard enough. I would rather give up a big play blitzing and playing man coverage. At least people know where to go. They are obviously confused with zone coverage.

Les is needs some new bullshite.He is very awkward with the media. The only thing that would make it worse is if he followed up his statements with "awright". Mix in some anger and frustration. Let people know this shite will not cut it at LSU. GET ON SOME arse!!! If you get beat do it with some emotion and energy. We want victory. WTF. How about saying we are going to kick Arkansas arse and you can quote me on that. These players have no confidence and neither does the coaching staff.
