Let's be honest. College football is a Southern and Midwest sport. The rest of the country could care less about it. They definitely don't have the same passion for it as the South and Midwest.
They should quit dragging their feet and just make the Big Ten/SEC Superconference. That they've been talking about for well over a decade.

We've seen hundreds (thousands?) of college "superstars" not cut it in the NFL. If these 5'10" QBs want to stay in college and take the money and the stats, instead of getting embarrassed by NFL talent , go for it. It will get better, deserving, talent at the QB position at least and weed out the divas and midgets so NFL fans won't have to endure subpar play from a former "Heisman trophy winner". Which means diddly squat in the pros

The way social media pumps up people to legendary status, and has people buying in, is mind-boggling.
My son texted and said Cignetti may be the GOAT. I told him to throttle back. He's only won the big 10 plus he's 65 and has a good 5 years left in him or so. He then says he could see him winning 6 National Championships, 4 or 5 Big Ten titles etc. LOL.

College bball refs have been horrible for a good 20 years now. There us absolutely zero consistency. Call it tight one half, let them play second or vice versa. Call every little touch and hand on the back or let the players hack each other down with no fouls called. It's the most inconsistent reffed sport. Theirs actually a site that tracks each ref, which game they reffed and the fouls they dish out. It's pretty eye opening

It seems it didn't matter who was playing in the game. It was about seeing giant pop tarts. That's what college football bowl games have become. Weird
Sugary cereal, soda, candy, chips, etc etc. If you're going down this route with fast food then close 1/3 of the grocery isles as well.
