Patience for sure and keep a good steady supply of smoke on it. You don't have to overdue the smoke, just make sure it stays fairly regular.
Some people wrap in foil at some point as well. I have a water smoker so I never do that.

I would have hoped that Crowton would have pulled something out his arse other than Lee throwing the uninterceptable sideline fade route that fades 7 yards out of bounds and 10 yards in front of any player.
No $hit man. I was thinking the same thing. Why not call some slant's or maybe a few screen passes to get his rhythm going? Mix in some play action or something??

Good find. It's kinda hard to argue with what the guys says in the article.
I agree with you.

So wouldn't this be considered an Albert Haynesworth type move??
Nice. Hope that kid was ok.

It's a bar.
EPIC FAIL
oooh... well excuse me. When I lived there over 10 years ago there was a bar called Antoons out on the bypass around town. It's owned by some guy, Johnny Antoon. Looks like he opened a restaurant as well.
Savor your "victory."
Facts:
Antoon, a 1968 graduate of Northwestern, owns Antoon’s Package Liquor Store, The Student Body and Antoon’s Riverfront Restaurant. The Store opened in 1975, and the Student Body has been in business since 1982. In that time, numerous students have helped pay for their college education by working for Antoon.

someone here told me Antoons, know of that place?

Announcer's didn't even know it was the end of the quarter.
Well in their defense, they were too busy pointing out how great Tebow is to notice.

Two week break a blessing in disguise?
Posted by artiger on 10/11/09 at 3:51 pm
So with the bye week, our Tigers now have two weeks to get their stuff together. The coaches have time to do what they need to do in order to get things going with the offense.
So do we come out firing on all cylinders against Auburn?
I'll hang up and listen.

No telling but Hawkins seems to get picked on quite a bit. But anybody opposite of Peterson will be picked on.
Also, I thought Eugene was beaten by his man on his interception. A bad throw is likely all that saved him.

Good stuff. I missed the ending.
thanks!

Yes he should play.... in the 2nd half of the Tulane game.

Shep needs to learn the play book
He also needs to gain weight and get stronger. He's gotten slammed around a few times already. I think he may have a slight ball security issue right now.

hey I was curious about who was blocking in the 4th when our two OL went out hurt. Were they the underclassmen that everyone has been asking for? Did they blow a hole for Scott that would not have been there if the shitty starter was in?
I think it was actually Black and Dickson over there on that run. Noticed we ran left majority of the game.

Just awesome.

To me it's a little anti-climatic for the day.
Something about the build up to the night game that can't be beat.
Either way..

Geez..... for God's sake what has Miles not done but win a $hitload of games and a National Championship!

I thought this move was inevitable watching Dugas really not play well at all.
Yes. I believe if this move is made it's more due to the fact that the "real" FB's have not played well. Scott is a veteran and should be able to bring some solid stability to FB.
However, like another poster said, don't be surprised if he starts at RB. I think this is more of a strategic move to help the team along.
Keiland has played good this year but it's only been two games. I wouldn't put him down in stone as the starter yet. Don't forget Scott had a real good season last year.
Terrible news. Get well soon.

re: Throwing down the field
Posted by artiger on 9/13/09 at 8:08 am to philthethrill
Man I agree, how do you expect to throw deep when you only have like 1.5 secs of pass protection before you have to scramble? If the OLine can come together then I'm sure the downfield stuff will open up and other teams better watch out.

This for sure. Jefferson is making some plays no doubt but the line needs to shore things up quickly.
Hopefully this happens soon.
I told my wife they must have Michael J. Fox running the camera.

Working on his slider.
Just kidding.
Just kidding.
I think the two main points to the game were:
1. Washington is better than most people thought.
2. Our D needs some work.
I'm wondering if more people would be happy if Chavis was stalking the sideline like the UW D coach?
