I feel like this has happened every year for the last 4 years and at the end everyone forgot about it. I recall them getting run ruled by I think Nicholls at one point. The team is slumping hard and will get on the other side of it. Just a terrible game. They have also played a ton of games up until this point. Regular routine starts next week. They’ll be fine.

I’m sure Texas Tech was aware of this. They’ll just pay the million for him and move on. Oh well. It’s a contract. If you don’t hold up to your end and you got to pay it, is what it is. I don’t see how this paints Cinn as bad guys. Pay the buyout and move on. It’s purely the reason Demond went back to Washington was due to buyout in contract.

Make it consumer friendly for prices. No one fan base cares about all the games. Just the games their team is in. Either the games à la carte or half price for the tournament compared to now. I understand you have to make your money to produce it but $30 for 3 games isn’t very enticing for most.

Can someone please fill me in on what he’s doing? This seems like one of these weird TD hype trains that materialized out of nowhere and no one knows why. I’ve seen the Jordan Seaton pic in Tiger stadium with him but haven’t seen or heard anything else about him.

I’m usually all for an underdog story but I almost don’t want IU to win due to them simply being a byproduct of the NIL era. Just doesn’t feel like a natural underdog. I know the are the favorite to win but they are simply an underdog based on history.

From the sounds of it, the atmosphere sounds like something a younger crowd would enjoy. Something that would also go over well with recruits. Never been myself.

Couldn’t he unenroll and enroll at LSU? Wouldn’t that allow them to give him extra NIL on his contract to pay the buyout? That way it technically is paid by him and not LSU.

This is the very reason I have severe dislike for OM vs MS State. State embodies MS the way they should but OM thinks they are California fancy but at the end of the day it’s still MS.

The one that’s annoying me more is the lack of outrage over Mensah at Duke. Demond was made out to be a POS and LSU with him because he reportedly had signed a deal and wanted out after. Miami straight out in the open tampered because the market quality was so slim. Don’t fault them but Miami isn’t catching any flak that I have seen for this.
Every team tampers but the fact that it’s clear as day LSU is being singled out because they destroyed OM’s foundation is just dumb. Oh well I guess just embrace the villain role. Winning will create more whining and tears. I’m all for it!
