A good start, but it will be difficult to do so politically in Europe, since a lot of legislation favors mussies in their pursuit take over a nation, instill their beliefs and ultimately their laws.

It's a toss up and it's best to check recall issues. For example, Ford just had a recall on F150's for transmission problems.
