From the top down in the athletic department. No leaked info. No outsiders enfluencing whats going on. It seems like it is run well by smart people. Now let's win championships.
Your first reply was not a good one and unwarranted. I am glad you apologized.
I understand what you mean with Georgia but everyone in our conference we should compare with I feel. Alabama has a beast of a recruiting year ( many others in the past). Texas 4&8 may see rewards from their recent recruiting in the next few years. Georgia is reaping theirs now. They all had super impressive classes building talent and depth. I really like our talent evaluation and feel we need a couple semi to stellar classes back to back. I also feel alot of guys are under valued (it happens). Ole Miss and others have talent etc.. SEC has super talent and drawing the really good/great coaches. Geaux Tigers.

It's a rival game for them.

BK stated that early in the briefing today. I agree it is for them. I feel its super important for us like any SEC game. What is the general idea of a rival? Personally I think you can have multiple rivals. I'm glad 4&8 joined the SEC the potential to be our rival was promising. It must be competitive to me and probably most.
What I consider rivals:

Alabama (I understand them not having the same view)

Arkansas (They bring it almost every year)

Florida (I remember the Spurrier years and enjoy beating them always)

Texas 4/8
Auburn
Ole miss (kinda all in the same category except Ole Miss has the history

And wasn't there that Rudy guy years back that did that thing at the end of one of those games. Was bad arse.
Ok they may but why not pick what many think are the riper of the fruit?

I believe this statement I think the LSU nutrition center that was built just adds another advantage and am sure all the bigs either have or will be adding. I am proud of LSU having vision and look forward to staying on the cuff of greatness.
He also stated JT Barrett was the person he learned the most from. His work ethic impressed him and he mimicked it. So I'm certain an intelligent Myles will do the same. See Joe's work ethic and mimic it. I have a confidence in MB although not having a ton of film to back it up.

Football is not a mathematical problem( most 5 stars or most athletes don't = winners) if you could choose the best LSU team on paper it may not be this one.On paper this team wasn't chosen the best team this year in the ncaa before the games . This organization from top to bottom put it together. This team gave themselves what they deserved by earning it. They gave us awesome entertainment and enjoyment. We get the luxury of the enjoyment... We also can understand the magnitude of what they accomplished because none of our grandchildren may see it again we hope but it's a GREAT season. We are blessed that it aligned by hard work, dedication, some luck, smart, a lot of talent...

Watch parties in French Quarter?

Posted by swampland71 on 1/12/20 at 4:04 pm
We have a room for monday night in the quarter. Any parties or suggestions where to watch in the quarter with food and drink specials? We both have to work Monday so we won't pregame to much unfortunately.

What would our ranking be if we didn't schedule Texas...? Who should have we played... let's hear other scenarios and what might be our outcome or benefit?
Actually the rule is "never pics of old friend who happen to show up"...

Getting into betting on football

Posted by swampland71 on 9/5/19 at 9:00 pm
If someone was a tad bit interested in getting into waging a few bets what info would you share with them? I have a card guy weekly (honestly don't know much about them but seems straight forward). Should I bet online? What websites give tips or advice on what bets to take weekly etc.... any info is appreciated...
Moron. Yes you are sir...
Water is out of bounds so 29% will do. ??
So if teams choose man to man our wide receivers can really flourish on short to medium routes considering Jeffersons ability to find space and the potential of the young talent that is on campus.?.

re: Giles still on the team?

We may actually be praising him at the end of the year due to just clicking(football is funny) or he may get lost in the talent (or transfer)...

Many would have picked him on their team over jefferson before last season started due to percieved potential and past stats... The stats don't lie he had a great collegiate season before LSU and Jefferson had a great season last year. I'm curious who will lead our team in recieving this year coming...
Geaux Tigers...
