How about single ones being a true man and finding someone not married. It’s easy to pick off disgruntled, married women.

And it’s also to be considered that if a woman has kids, your setting them up a shitty future when a broken household occurs.

Some men are just pussies and can’t find an unmarried woman.

Assessors map is a great tool. No need wasting your time with white folk, better to find black ones. Whites always have that one family member that will object or come in at the last minute. I’ve been burned a few times with that.
It’s out there. You just gotta be diligent and straight with the owners. Only several acres in a good area / spot is all you need.

Exactly. Skiing is expensive. Purgatory in Durango is much cheaper than most. I’m going to Park City for the first time and didn’t expect it to be so high.

Burrow was amazing at LSU and his first couple years in the NFL but he’s been coasting on past production for too long. Trevor Lawrence is a better QB than him now.
