Yep. Once the mental discouragement sets in, (And you don't have player leaders with amped up personalities), it's extremely difficult to right the ship.

3 things -
A splash of red wine vinegar to offset the "earthiness" of the beans. Gives them a little tang.
Cup of tomato sauce - see above. Some people so no way, but Louis Armstrong actually used ketchup in his famous recipe. Also gives a more attractive reddish color.
Lots of celery seed/celery salt.

It’s not going to overcook. As far as the drying out goes, there’s so much moisture and steam inside the pot trapped beneath all that rice, it’s never gonna dry out either.

Man I messed up and started arguing with many of the “FAKE” idiots on social media today. Man it is really scary. I tried to ignore them but they were everywhere today in full force. I try to challenge them to a genuine step by step debate on why they struggle so much to accept this, but I haven’t had one participate yet. It’s usually 2 or 3 very angry responses and they disappear.

1. What would be the exact purpose?
2. Not a top priority of the nation.
