re: Bo Bordelon starting at Guard

I met Bo at a baseball game this year. Kid is humble and a giant human. We talked football on the concourse and i asked him how it was going with Lane and he said the coaching staff was unreal and he was enjoying spring camp and motivation they give
re: Have you ever seen a worse fielding team in LSU history?

Nope, everybody in the infield outside Milam has Hal Hughes vibes

Not claiming to be a baseball savant at all but my opinion is the pitching issues are 95% mental
That is something coaching can’t fix
Ahh mental for sure but there are a few with severe mechanical issues like rizzy. It is alot more challenging mechanic wise when you are 6'9". But yea i agree i think they are pressing on wanting to be perfect instead of trying to put the ball over the plate and let the defense work. Also doesnt help when you are someone like Dathe that comes in and gets a routine ground ball botched and then get yanked.

I’ve had bad dislocations before and I’ve finished the game that day too but the real soreness starts the morning after. I wouldn’t expect him back this weekend if it was a bad enough dislocation to turn his foot around, it’s probably so stiff right now that he can’t move it at all
I dont think anything dislocated but i would imagine some severe hyperextension it was freaky looking the way he hit the bag

Dardar had what appeared to be a nasty ankle injury but then popped back up a few minutes later
Just watched the replay of it and im not real sure how he didnt break anything. Made me feel sick watching it

How did Johnson whiff so bad on this talent??!! We have no pitching and 3.5 guys that can hit. Yorke, swing and miss, Dardar swing and miss.. pitching? All around a complete whiff! Fielding? We look like an under 12 rec team out there! It’s pathetic! Johnson has to send them all packing with the exception of about 5 players. What a joke!
It’s called being screwed on the NIL end… they didn’t have the money to go out and get what they wanted and had to settle for fourth and fifth year guys
re: Some of this is on Jay….

I would have rolled with Theo a little longer
Then he pulled Dax when Dax did his job and Dardar who probably shouldn’t have been in with the knee and could tell he was in pain botched a ground ball

re: Vols right fielder said

He had enough after the third homer Arramabide sent over his head. He snatched the ball and looked back like why do we keep pitching to this bawww

Serna at 1B, Bide C, Yamin can rotate at C and Bide DH (my recommendation)
This and if we playing pitcing matchups you can swap Braun with whoever is DHing

Not surprised, Tennessee player looker like he threw an elbow
I agree but i did appreciate how Elander told him get in the dugout and genuinely had concern for Serna. He looked to be 100% out cold.
re: Can Eddie Yamin be a current version of Alex Milazzo?
Posted by SwampBandit on 4/6/26 at 8:57 am to LSUFanHouston
I say give Yamin a shot at first base in the mid week, if he doesnt fit the part put him at either catcher or DH rotating with Cade and put Serna at first. Serna is far more athletic than Yorke and is better at the plate. You can flip flop the DH spot with Bide/Yamin with Braun if we playing left/right matchups.
Or you put Braun and first and rotate the other 3 between catcher and DH

He always had the potential and he showed it today
re: Despite the win, you still have to bench Yorke.
Posted by SwampBandit on 4/5/26 at 4:00 pm to GeneralLee
Absolutely, I’ve defended him till this weekend, now I can’t stand to see him take the field
re: You have got
Posted by SwampBandit on 4/5/26 at 3:54 pm to A1A
Agreed, and he stands at the plate with a look on his face like he’s a dawg which pisses me off
You have got
Posted by SwampBandit on 4/5/26 at 3:52 pm
To give yamin a spot till he proves you wrong. Yorke has proves you wrong in SEC competition, if he can play first put him there, if he can’t DH him and let Serna play first and the others DH and catch
re: Where is Jay?
Posted by SwampBandit on 4/5/26 at 3:50 pm to TNoon
He went ballistic on a diet all or shall I say turf ball (gay) that was called a strikeout
re: Can Arrambide play 1st base?
Posted by SwampBandit on 4/5/26 at 3:47 pm to MrKnowItAll
It’s worth a shot, I’d put my 11 year old daughter at first before Yorke
