The reason I ask is because from my experience, workouts take on a totally different dimension as we age. I’m 65 and have worked out my entire adult life. I no longer chase the Herculean dream. I also have learned that diets don’t work but lifestyle changes do. Since I do all the grocery shopping in my house, it’s easier to stay on track.
Bonus? My old company spelled that BONER
I enjoy getting outside and doing yard work. Instant gratification.

How old are you? What contributed you to gain all the excessive weight you gained previously?
I did 40. Been retired 8 years already. Join a gym. Replace your work family with a gym family.
I took the word snack out of my vocabulary years ago.

Working, making money, staying out of trouble.
Purple martins have a unique call. Beautiful bird. Males dark, females lighter. Love to be near humans. We used to have them when we were kids. They used to dive bomb us on the swing set. Love to sit outside and listen to them cackle and love watching them tuck their wings in and plummet from the sky then stop on a dime landing on the house.
