Just bought $1,000 worth of both. We will see how it plays out.
Having a general idea of a "max" helps when following a program that uses percentages based off your "max" for each set :dunno:

BACK SQUAT 5@67% 5@75%, 3@82% 2@87%, 2@90%
BENCH PRESS 3 reps @ 70%, 78%, 85%, 88%, 88%
Unloaded half my shares at $17. Will be looking to get back in around the $10 range if we ever see it again.
So in my situation...if my squat max was 200 before this program I would bump my max to 210 and bump my 150 bench to 155 for the next program?

Those aren't my real numbers, but that seems low. I guess progressive overload FTW!
My plan is to restest everything the week after I finish the program. Will treat it as a deload week with the exception of testing my maxes in the 3 big lifts and possibly OHP.
I am about to finish up an 8 week program, PPSA Stronger than a garlic milkshake. All of the PPSA programs are based off of your max bench, squat, deadlift. I feel like all my maxes have went up over the past 2 months and want to make sure I keep pushing myself when I start a new program.

Should I retest my maxes again before starting a new program? How often do y'all retest your maxes, whether that be 1 rep max or training max?

ETA: I'm almost 40 so having a 600lb DL isn't a priority for me, but I do want to continue to get stronger.

Finally got some adjustable dumbells and am running stronger than a garlic milkshake. Depending on how long I warm up I've been anywhere from 60-90 minutes. It helps if you have the equipment to superset 1 & 2 even though they aren't listed as supersets.

I just want the Nasdaq listing so I can add more through Vanguard.
So you're saying I should dump my 1,500 shares of AUPH at ~8.25/share and grab another 100 shares of NBIS

Up big today after reports that a director bought ~1.2 million shares.
Up 12% today and still going up after hours...could it finally be happening?
My advice since you are flying Southwest. Board with family boarding and go straight to the last row of the plane. I still do this when flying with my kids who are now 6 & 4. You will be closer to the bathrooms and flight attendants. Also on the last row you will disturb as few people as possible if the kids do become unruly. On the last row there is a chance you could have a couple of open seats if the plane is not full.
Coming from the Fort Worth area you are talking about a 20-30 minute drive vs 1.5-2 hour drive. If time is not a factor then it's Pine Dunes without question. I played Sky Creek Ranch 2 weeks ago and it was in good shape, but it's your typical DFW style/layout. Pine Dunes is in a different league.

Zero RB strategy worked this year.

Had the 11th pick in a 12 team PPR league. Went Diggs, Lamb, Cooper, L. Jackson with my first 4 picks and they were the only 4 remaining draftees on my team at seasons end. Had a ho hum regular season and made the playoffs as the 3 seed at 9-5. Rode those 4 players to the championship with some help from Jerome Ford and Trey McBride who were picked up along the way.

I have CeeDee and Jerome Ford. Not counting my chickens yet, but I'm feeling pretty good.
I had multiple companies come out and render 3D drawings and gave those drawings to a company that was able to do the job 20% cheaper.
I have Cooper on my team...tough to keep him out of the lineup. Since Flacco took over he is getting fed the rock.

I also have Lamb and Diggs so I don't really have a decision to make (2 WR, 1 flex), but I would consider Cooper over Diggs if I had to make the choice.

If all you want to do is edit text/change verbiage you should be able to handle that yourself. Adding/removing elements could change the flow of the page causing issues, but just changing existing text shouldn't be an issue.
Not enough fastballs imo. Hard to have a consistent release point throwing off-speed 4/5 pitches. At some point when you start walking back-to-back batters it becomes mental and when that point is reached it doesn't matter what pitch is called.
