A CPA long ago gave me recipe for cornbread dressing that everyone loves.
I have since lost the recipe but still throw it together. I always thought it was crazy that it uses rice a roni chicken flavoring packets.

I have new construction bermuda sod that was installed in 1/22. Been advised not to use weed killer for 1 year. Can someone advise if true and what is best fertilizer? tia

I bought my husband a Trek several years ago he has never rode. Probably going to have sell on marketplace. I have a trek I ride often and I love it. Good luck in your search!

I know couple in their 70's were vaxed Jan/Feb Pfizer and now tested positive couple weeks ago. They received antibody infusion 4 days after testing positive and now are doing fine just one lost smell/taste

I have attended several seminars that have advised against selling mineral rights. I would make sure I had done my research before doing that. Didn't want to intrude just don't like to see people taken advantage of.
