Does it bother you that I was right? The answer to OPs question is Yes. Sorry he didn't ask the question you think he did.

Is it yes? Give me a real world example of a Federal agent being (lawfully) arrested by state/local law enforcement for enforcing federal law.

He won by a point and a half. And he ran on getting rid of the rapists, murderers, and “ you ever heard of a guy named Hannibal Lecter”s. He didn’t run on masked, armed men standing outside of elementary schools arresting children and mothers who pose zero threat to Americans.

You and the rest of your buddies are being manipulated for political gain. It’s disheartening as hell. None of yall gave a shite about immigrants or ICE until you were ordered to care. Congress could have “fixed” immigration YEARS ago, but very powerful people on both sides like to exploit cheap labor, so this is what we get. It’s not about masks, or mean ICE officers. It’s about power and manipulation.

Outside of housekeepers or gardeners, none of yall know any illegals. You aren’t friends with them. You’re exploiting their condition for political purposes.

How many times did you demand the files while Biden was president? I’m guessing zero.

And if you wanted to protect children, you’d support immigration control at the borders along with the mission of ICE.

Be sure to bookmark this so you can pull it out again during the next Dem administration when they go door to door searching homes, including yours...without warrants or probable cause...for illegal or unregistered firearms. You gonna be cool with that?

I’m gonna need a credible source that ICE is conducting warrantless searches of houses. Some random guy on twitter isnt going to be enough for me.

And for the record, ATF under Biden was showing up at peoples residences and demanding entry to insect firearms. No warrant. Don’t recall hearing a single peep from the ACLU or any other leftists…

Solid post. How did Texas do in the playoffs this year?
That’s about as obvious as targeting as you’ll ever get.

Stung by stingray. Barb went all the way through toe and back out. Pain was beyond excruciating. I nearly passed out from the pain.

Basically. A lot of "conservatives" and libertarians are very dumb

I thought a tenet of "conservatism" was that people should be responsible for their mistakes and bad choices.

Modern conservatives want other people to suffer for their bad choices, and want the government to bail them out the second they have to suffer theirs.

There’s almost no true conservatives left in the country.

Also the majority of the “housing shortage” was created by the Fed when they dropped interest rates to zero during a global pandemic. Pretty much every affordable house I saw for sale in 2021-2022 was immediately purchased and put on the market as a rental. The Fed created the problem, and there’s really nothing that can feasibly fix it. Pure insanity.

Good service, clean restaurants, competent staff, consistently solid food, quality ingredients, and fairly priced. A rare combination in the fast-food world.

It’s not everyone’s cup of tea, but it’s not difficult to understand why they are successful.

Lane Kiffin craves chaos. He needs to seek psychiatric help for that, and I truly mean it. I think his heart is in the right place most of the time. He’s got some deep seated phonological issues that manifest themselves in destructive ways.

Kiffin was the same person when Ole Miss hired him. Don’t get why everyone is so shocked when he does the same thing he’s always done. LSU might be next.

Ummm no? Not sure i get your point.

Nope. Bur plenty of people are. Considering what the average income is, im at a complete loss to figure out how all these people are buying new houses and cars. There’s just not that many 6 figure jobs out there. It has to be massive debt. But what happens when the bill comes due? Are banks that easy with refinancing now?

Top income earners have done very, very well over the past 5 years (higher interest rates actually benefits people with accumulated wealth). To them it doesn’t matter if a Yukon is $60,000 or $90,000. That’s a rounding error. Since only 15 or so million new vehicles are sold each year on a country of 330 Million, it doesn’t take many people to push prices higher. Manufacturers have adjusted to serve the top of the market.

Houses used to be 1250-1500 sq (3/2) for a family of 5+ Now they are 3200 sq ft for a family of 3.

Average size of new houses hasn’t been under 1500 square feet since the 60’s.

The average size of a new houses is decreasing and is now around 2200 square feet.

People act like there’s no demand for 1200-1500 square feet. There absolutely is, but developers don’t like building small houses because they make less money.

Moved out of a house on July 10, 2023 and into a new one on July 17. Hole. E. Chit. It was hot.

Also moved in July of 2023. Had to move stuff into a non-air conditioned metal storage unit in July, then move everything again because the next house wasn’t available until early August. Had to be 150 in the storage unit, stepping outside in 120 degrees felt cool. Absolutely miserable.
With an average sec offensive line, yes LSU probably wins by 14+. Unless the line shows drastic improvements, or the passing game is lights out, this will be a close one. I still have lsu by 3-6.

Or people can just not buy as big of homes? Or stop buying so much other consumer BS. People can easily afford homes, they just don’t want to. There’s plenty of homes under 2,000 sq ft around me that are under $400,000. No this isn’t cheap nor what we would term ‘affordable’ but people can afford them. They just choose to prefer bigger and more expensive.

Where do you live? Because if that was truly the case, the value of entry level homes would have gone down, not nearly doubled. A $400,000 home in Baton Rouge will cost almost $3,400/month, not including maintenance and upkeep. A lot of these same houses would have cost around $1,800/month just a few years ago.

Also, other things have gotten more expensive too, not just houses - vehicles, food, insurance, health care, medicine. That all adds up.

What I did compare--and what you clearly missed--is how the types of comments made by CK about GF in the wake of his death are the same types of comments conservatives have their panties in bunches over at this very moment - comments founded on rights which conservatives once proudly stood for. Here’s a quote from a pastor yesterday when criticizing people’s mourning of Charlie Kirk’s murder: “…how you die does not redeem how you lived.”

Which is hypocrisy at its finest, because that’s EXACTLY what they did for George Floyd. They made Floyd out to be a saint. Charlie’s criticism was a response to the deification of Floyd. It wasn’t a celebration, it was an acknowledgement of how Floyd lived and died.

I swear there’s absolutely zero self awareness from the left. Zero.
