I'm guessing that your post count has a direct correlation to the results of Saturday's game.

What, just because I don't post on an LSU board a lot? I've been a member of this board since 2006. I didn't come on here the year before last and say anything. The only reason I came here this time was because someone mentioned you guys were discussing War Memorial Stadium.

Take your sour grapes elsewhere.

Oh, and this whole losing to Arkansas thing. Get used to it. It will be happening a lot. I believe we own 3 of the last 5. Look for that number to increase. Woo Pig Sooie, GO HOGS! :booboo:

Why? Because it's true? War Memorial has come a ways in the "clean" area but it's still pretty much a sub-par stadium. Fayetteville is better. Period. If you don't like it, so be it. I'm not here to convince you otherwise. Stay classy, AppleHog.

There are plenty (and I use that term loosely) of obnoxious LSU fans. And naive about the national college football scene, we are not.

Let me first say that the LSU game being in Little Rock is absolutely absurd. A game of that caliber that is played hard by both teams every year (not to mention it being an SEC game) should be played at our home stadium in Fayetteville.

I feel sorry for the LSU fans that have to travel to our Little Rock stadium. It's sub-par and it's not even owned by the University of Arkansas. But, it's tradition that keeps us there (oh, and some Little Rock boosters).

It sucks that some people had to spoil the experience for you guys. I like to jeer the LSU folks but I don't bow up or pick fights. It's all in good fun. I may say something and then smile. There were plenty of LSU folks sitting around me. There were a couple sitting a few rows down that I got a kick out of. When they would stand up and cheer they would get up and look back at all the Arkansas fans and smile. They were clearly there to just have fun. I wish I could have sat by them and talked. But no, I got stuck beside two idiots from Arkansas who felt the need to ONLY cheer when the OFFENSE was playing. The guy next to them chewed their arse for it but it did no good. I don't know WTF they were thinking.

Anyway, long winded...sorry for the bad experience. I know a Fayetteville game would change the minds of many here. Classier fans up that way and the stadium in Fayetteville is about twice as loud during big games as the one in Little Rock since it seats closer to 80k.

This all being said, I'm sure there are plenty of LSU fans that are full of arse-ery. And to think otherwise is being short-sighted. Every fan base has them. It's just the nature of the beast. Truth be told, I've heard some HORRIBLE stories about LSU fans, specifically from those that have made the trip to Baton Rouge. :booboo:
