The car salesman is mad that they can’t hold the recruit’s driver’s license or trade in for hours waiting to hear back from the Manager trying to beat them down until they sign. That’s the scummy part of what he calls business.

I believe the public apology was required by the settlement and lacks sincerity. Notably, it makes no mention of the decades long coverup by the church officials and points the fingers at the abusers.

Sad when anybody dies, and especially someone so young. But since this POS took the opportunity to make her public terminal cancer announcement political, and in the process took political shots at RFK Jr, my sympathy level for her is fairly low.

The Old Met location only sells soft serve ice cream with a cookie. I heard it is $12. There’s a constant traffic jam outside fighting for parking spots and a long line inside. Neither the line nor the price for soft serve make it worthwhile to me.

I saw two Jewish people arguing on Linked In about the root cause of anti-semitism. One claimed that he learned of the widespread hatred of his people from the event at Charlottesville in 2017…right then I knew where he was going with this…. He proceeded to blame Trump for the recent rise in anti-semitism in America. The other guy blamed “the Left” and progressive democrats citing the college pro-Palestine movements/riots. The Jewish Democrat was undeterred… Trump’s fault.
