I wonder if there will be a track limit at Phoenix? Will they let them shortcut the apron like the stock cars? The stock cars pay a price by being pinched entering the corner with this line. Indycar, who knows?

I was on the weightlifting team in high school. We had too many guys in the 181 lb class so I had to try to gain weight to get to 182 lbs. so I could be in the 198 lb. class. This was the mid to late 80's. I started eating all I could of fatty beef, pork, steak etc. in order to gain weight. I lost 7 lbs in 2 weeks.

Calorie deficit 100% of the time will cause weight loss but, your body wants surplus. It will try to store fat stores while not sparing muscle. A cheat meal or a day can reset the conserve mode on your body.

What good is weight loss if it's muscle mass you are losing? Thermodynamics would indicate calorie deficit for "weight" loss, but, what weight are you losing? I would get off the scales and look at body comp.

Eat lots of steak. Don't count calories starting, only carbohydrates. You will get adapted to where sugar makes you feel sick.
Also remember, some fruits are like eating a candy.
A baked potato converts to 9 teaspoons of sugar.
You can convert your body to utilize fat as the primary source of blood glucose.
Unlimited fatty carnivore for a week would get you a good start.

Read "The Facade" and "The Portent" by Michael Heiser. It's fiction but he was a Biblical and Ancient Hebrew Scholar. He also spent a lot of his time researching UFO and abduction phenomena.

There is something very fishy going on and I think Savannah and the sheriff are in on it. Some kind of coverup.
The only way this would make sense is if the 2.9% rates ever came back. (they won't unless there were to be a major crash.)
Heck, all my vehicles are paid off except one. Got 2.9% back in the crazy days. That's basically free money. If my MM account ever gets down to 3, I'll pay it off.

23/11 Is looking really good so far. They will eventually start "points" racing to protect their standings. For the first time in years I actually am looking at the points standings now that they matter.

I raised mine from 305 to 420 with lifting, supplements, etc. It was an increase but not noticable. I'm on TRT now. .5 twice a week. My levels are at 900 now and I can tell.
A fast with bone broth is not a fast. The moment you trigger insulin, the fast is broken.
This JGR/Gabehart thing will get ugly. I wonder if they bring Spire down as well.
