Absolutely not! We are the LSU Fightin’ Tigers. The nickname "Tigers" comes from Civil War-era Louisiana military units, like the Louisiana Tigers, known for their ferocity. In 1896, LSU's football team adopted the "Tigers" name, solidifying it as their identity. Why change that heritage?

Well, I was gonna say the ‘ole $350, but that’d be a decent down payment on some of those, lol…
It’s good to be amped up about the changes, but you still have to play the games. Who’s to say some other teams didn’t find “sleepers” or diamonds in the rough?
