8 titles in my lifetime and 2nd most all time only behind a team that got most of their titles 50 years ago. 2 of the last 3. I’m good. Been frustrating but we ain’t going anywhere anytime soon and will be back competing for more titles soon. Proud to be an LSU fan and will always support all the sports in the great years and the not so great. Heck I was a student when Hallman was coach and I’m still a fan. Lol

Saw a good interview with Ryan Theriot asking about the defensive errors and all. He had a good viewpoint from a player perspective talking about how it is directly related to pitching with number of walks and hit batters etc. says playing defense is a rhythm thing and when teams pitch poorly and you have a bunch of walks and free passes and long at bats then it get defenders away from any sense of a rhythm and they basically get bored and end up playing off their heels. He said at all levels if you see a team with poor pitching as far as a bunch of walks and hbp etc then you will also see a team with a lot of errors. So he seems to think if we can just throw strikes at a high clip then errors should reduce.

maybe he went to support the Gymnastics girls in the semifinals to help create a good team working environment back home at the school? Could have went out for Dip n Dots, who knows. He may already have all the hay in the barn and be kicked back laughing at all the panic on here. Or perhaps just maybe he knows what he is doing and is working on it and doesn't feel the need to let you know on your schedule and will let you know the players when he feels you need to know.

The Correctional system Rec leagues will be stronger than ever in 10-15 years is my best guess. Just throwing a lot of money at kids and allowing and even encouraging to switch every year is setting them up for failure in the future if they aren't playing professionally, which most won't. I would love to sit in on the job interview when they tell the former athlete they would pay him like $40-$50k per year to start and then the athlete starts laughing and says they wouldn't even get out of bed for that.

Yes. Scoring 7 runs in the seventh to come back and tie it up definitely shows this. Just cause you don’t like the end result doesn’t mean you get to create your own narrative. A team that has quit would have gotten run ruled before they would have a huge inning to tie the game late.

Very stupid at bat by Brown. Second straight at bat in the game and you are gonna watch the same pitch called strike three again without swinging. With runner on. That’s part of the crap Coach is talking about. Lack of focus and attention to detail.
