I don't necessarily have an opinion on the issue. But If the People think the law should be changed, then there's a prescribed process in order to do so.

Well we have the death penalty because of it's constitutional origin. The framers were well aware of it in 1791 and the Eighth Amend. didn't abrogate it. Shouldn't that matter, at least a little bit?

Aside from the odd fact that I'm tuning into the Grammy's, I need someone to enlighten me (Perhaps it is as obvious as the answer to the question of whether a polar bear shites in the woods). When Obama was President, did these award shows poke fun at him like they did Trump within the first five minutes tonight? Of course, I anticipate more jabs to come throughout the night. (Also, what's the deal with these 'racial profiling' commercials?)
