re: Coach Prime's Colorado program has regressed back to the mean

I’m not some huge Sanders guy but don’t blame him because Colorado went full retard and gave him a $54 million dollar contract for going 9-4. They are paying him $10 million a year
Here are some details about his contract.
quote:
According to the contract, Sanders will earn another $10 million in 2026, $11 million in 2027, $11 million in 2028 and $12 million in 2029.
quote:
If Sanders accepts another coaching job before the end of the contract, his buyout starts at $12 million for the rest of 2025, followed by $10 million in 2026, $6 million in 2027, $4 million in 2028 and $3 million in 2029. He can retire from coaching, though, without having to pay damages to the university -- as long as he doesn't then return to coach somewhere else.

However, if Colorado fired Sanders without cause he would be owed $26.6 million before December 31, 2026, according to USA TODAY Sports.

25 years ago we would cruise up and down the blvd, go to broadway, hell I didn’t carry a key to our house in surfside because the door was never locked. We didn’t know how good we had it, we just stayed out of MB proper for Memorial Day weekend and the rest of the year no problems at all.
Yep. Every spring break in high school (‘99-2003) I would stay in Garden City. My friends and I would cruise the Blvd a good bit. Especially at night and there was never an issue. Summer time was the same way. Myrtle Beach was so much enjoyable back in those days.

I live less than an hour from Dirty Myrtle and I try to avoid most of it when I go that way. If I go to the beach, it is in Garden City, Surfside, or Huntington State.

My son is in kindergarten. His tuition is $22k. My daughter is 3. Her tuition is $18k. We live in the Atlanta metropolitan area. Edit: the high school tuition for my kids’ current school is $30k+ per student. Will likely be more when my kids are in high school.

re: How was the culture of the late 90s/Early 00’s

The 1990's were peak American society in my opinion, but to be fair I was only alive for half the 80's so I think there's an argument to be made for the 80's as well. The 90's were awesome. Great music and innocent times until the Columbine shooting in my opinion. That's when things started to go to shite.
I was born in ‘83. The farthest I can remember back is the late 80’s when I was 5 or 6. For me, 1988/1989 until 2001 was the best. Our society was starting to shift in the late 90’s and early 2000’s with more technology being introduced and becoming popular but I believe 9/11 completely changed our society as a whole.

They do seem to actually be trying to build a team now
Hopefully they do. That franchise has been suffering for so long because of poor owners. I was looking at some of their previous season records and I didn’t realize how bad they have been since 1992. Only 3 winning seasons and 3 playoff appearances. I’m not a Pittsburgh fan but I would love to see them start having some success again.

Having the stent in was far more uncomfortable for me than when it was removed. I learned real quick that getting a boner was that last thing I wanted. When the doctor removed it it just felt like the most intense pissing sensation that I could ever imagine, but it wasn't like an intense pain. But I can't imagine having to remove it myself (geez). Luckily my urologist removed it for me.
That and I know when my bladder was getting full, the end felt like it was bouncing off the sides. When I pulled my out, I didn’t realize how long it was. I pulled a little bit slowly, stop, and then pull again. I quickly realized that was not the best method:lol:

The worst pain I’ve ever felt in my life was getting that stent out.
I had to keep the stent in for a week. For me, that week was completely painful. They told me I had to pull it out on my own (I did) unless there was any issues or I just couldn’t make my self do it.

I had a 4.5 mm a few years ago and I could never pass it. They had to do a Ureteroscopy. Having a stent for a few days afterwards really sucked. I got a 9 or 10mm in the other kidney but it has never moved or caused problems.

For the OP, it is a fun hobby but you don't make money from nature/landscape photography. You have to shoot portraits/people/events (weddings, parties, etc ) if you want to make money while doing it.
The nature/ landscape photography is more of a hobby thing I want to do. There are some opportunities throughout where I live that I could possibly set up a booth and sell prints. I eventually wouldn’t mind getting into portraits, events, etc. I got 10 years before I retire from the military and I want to do photography.

Everything now is about mirrorless, not DSLR. Look into the Nikon Z series, or the Canon and Sony equivalents. I think Sony is regarded as one of the best.
Yeah with me having no real basic knowledge of camera and the different types has been a little overwhelming.

Does anyone on here do photography for a living or hobby? I’ve always been interested getting into it as a hobby and maybe a side hustle. The area I am real interested in is landscape/scenic photography. I already take a ton of pictures using my iPhone but there is only so much you can do with a phone. I want to get me a camera but don’t know what would be a good beginner camera. Right now, my budget is $1000. Any recommendations on cameras?

Congrats to UCLA. They dominated that game from the very beginning. Especially on defense. South Carolina could never find a rhythm on offense and they took a lot of ugly shots.

I think a couple weeks to a month would do him good going down to Gwinnett.
